While cruising last January, we stopped in Cozumel. We went to the DI store on the island, were met by wonderful staff. We wanted a COL diamond to replace my original diamond that was now 36yrs old. Our wedding bands are one of kind, so mounting the new diamond was key. The staff was so helpful with making this new ring beautiful. They mounted the new diamond on the band and mounted the original diamond into a pendant for me as a surprise. I thought they were going to keep the original as part of the deal. They felt it had sentimental value to me. They treated us to a wonderful lunch while the ring was being made. The GIA certified appraiser we took it to when we got home, confirmed it's value to what we paid. We are so happy with this beautiful 2+ carat COL diamond ring. Going back to Cozumel in January for upgraded diamond studs.

We first came across DI from a cruise in St Kitts.
We bought a crown of light diamond. After a few months we went to another DI in Jamaica and purchase a 2 bands of Forever Mark diamonds. The next stop was Grand Cayman and we added another band of Forever Mark diamonds.
We then came to Aruba and as the setting was almost none of the original, we decided to upgrade the center Crown of Light. This year again we visited Aruba and the DI. Again they treated us like a king and Queen. They listened to my concerns or “wants”. Had great pieces of beautiful jewelry to show us. They checked my jewelry to Make Sure everything was secure.
Kanchan, Rishi, and Tony. Along with the whole staff in Aruba made my 60th Birthday one I will never forget. They sang Happy Birthday had a beautiful cake and we ended getting another beautiful Crown of Light.
We have had the best experience with all DI but we now have family here in Aruba. Thank you Kanchan for your laughter, your sweet Understanding as we come every year to see you, thank you Rishi for working with us and making it possible for me to have the dream ring

My husband and I are both enjoying our Crown of Light (COL) jewelry pieces. When we purchased our jewelry, the Bermuda COL sales team were beyond remarkable and ensured we were comfortable, that all our questions were answered, and that we had everything we needed and more. We visited New York City in August 2019 where we met our host Sathita. Sathita gave us a behind the scenes look of COL and Diamond International, as well as hosted us to dinner and a NY Broadway show as part of the Crown of Light Connoisseur Club. We had a great time! We have had the opportunity to meet some extraordinary and down to earth people, and have experienced wonderful service.

I enjoy being a part of the Crown of Light Connoisseur Club. I was in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I received Awesome service from Andria, Joe and the General Manager. They are the Best. They can up with a special design for my earrings. I also want to give Kathryn who is Awesome also. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Thank you so much for the Crown of Light Connoisseur collection. We were on the Allure of the Seas holiday cruise and attended the presentation Christmas morning. My husband arranged a meeting with the DI VP who was cruising with us. Once we arrived in Conzumel we went to DI where the DI VP met us and for my birthday my husband bought me the Connoisseur collection wedding band. What an amazing gift. Beyond happy. I originally purchased a crown of light ring when I sailed on Disney Cruise Line in May of 2019. Unfortunately the ring was lost and I had a hard time locating a replacement from local jewelers. Than I was put in contact with Sathita and between Sathita and Samantha they located a replacement and I received it the next day! The service they provided was impressive and the ring is gorgeous! Thank you both for your hard work and the concern you felt as well as the incredible knowledge and communication you kept with me during the process. I’m totally grateful to you both! 😊

Purchased a beautiful Crown of Light bracelet from Diamonds International in Sint Maarten. The jewelry is more expensive then typical diamond jewelry, but there is no comparison in the amount of sparkly due to double the faucets in COL diamonds. When I returned to the US I had the bracelet appraised and was very happy to find out that it appraised for much more then I paid for it. I did insure the bracelet, as I do with all my good jewelry, so I can wear it without worry. Also want to note they have one of the best Customer Service with excellent communication and quick responses to e-mails and questions. Great Job. Thank you. Looking forward to showing off my new COL bracelet and wearing it with pride.

This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. We purchased a Crown of Light 3 stone ring while in St. Thomas, we had it appraised at an independent GIA certified appraiser. We were devastated it appraised less then half of what we paid. Please don't purchase the Crown of Light brand, its tremendously over priced.

We have been purchasing jewelry from DI for over 20 years at many locations in Caribbean and Alaska. We have many Crown Of Light Diamond pieces as well as the Hublot watches with COL diamonds. We have actually been to the NY office of DI and enjoyed a wonderful visit with Albert Gad, the president. We have always received wonderful customer service at each store and love the COL diamond collection we have today. DI has some great people and wonderful COL diamonds!!!! You got to get one!!!

I have purchased two diamond rings from DI. One is the Sara G ring, and the other a crown of diamonds. I had to have the Sara G repaired once, and now I have lost a diamond out of it. My Crown of Diamonds has lost a diamond also. It is very inconvenient to get replaced, because I don't feel comfortable taking to local jewelers, and there is not a DI store close. I love my rings, but am very disappointed that I can't wear them.

We went on an AK cruise Aug 2018. It was also our 33rd year Anniversary. We saw the demonstration for The Crown of Light onboard the cruise ship before we arrived in Juneau. Not knowing, my husband already knew what he wanted and had planned on buying me a new wedding set. We went to DI "just to look around" They started showing us rings as any good salesman would do. My husband was not backing down from a sale. The salesman brought out a 1 CT Crown of Light. Oh it was so beautiful, but kept going, brought a 1 1/2 ct., a 2 ct, We finally settled on a 2.25 ct with .60 ct surrounding diamonds plus a .75 ct diamond wedding band. They have you ring a bell when a sale is made. When I rang the bell I cried like a baby. I could not believe what my wonderful hubby just did. I wish I could attach a picture of my gorgeous rings. When we got home I took it to my local jeweler to have him check the settings, making sure nothing was loose or poor craftsmanship. I am happy to say all the settings were perfect. I couldn't be happier.

I love my crown of light men’s ring, I did not know big diamonds were for men until I bought mine in coasta maya, I originally bought a men’s ring from them and was happy for the day, it was very nice, but later we walked back by D.I. And saw a men’s Crown of Light and had to have it. So they upgraded me. The staff was all so nice and professional and treated our family very good. My daughter liked it so much, I had to go get her a tanzanite ring so she didn’t feel left out and they were able to find one and help her pick it out for her low price range. But also want to thank Vanya and Izzy on Carnival Dream for referring us to Diamonds international. My men’s crown of light is the best looking men’s ring I have ever, ever seen, and I wear it with pride.

I do not recommend buying from this company. The Bahamas store which is managed by sunny is a ripoff artist. What he sold me is not what we agreed to. The deals are not good so shop elsewhere.Diamonds international of New York does not return calls from upper management.
On 11-26-18 I spoke with Sylvia at the New York office just to be told that they know Sunny did not provide what was agreed upon. I am not allowed to return the rings for a refund eventhough they messed up. Do not buy anything from these scam artists

The Diamonds International staff have always been courteous and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the CEO, Mr. Gad, many years ago. He is a very approachable and intuitive gentleman. He even managed to take time out and speak with my 8 year old son about his profession, since he has an interest in gemstones. He introduced him to his staff and even showed him different gemstones to educate him. Most people in his position would not take that kind of consideration on a child, but Mr. Gad went above and beyond. We have been blessed to have nothing but positive experiences with this company and their staff. We are customers for life.

We feel so honored to have been able to tour the Crown of Light offices. We were treated like true VIP's from being greeted with our favorite drinks and goodies to getting to learn about all things diamonds! We really enjoyed getting to spend time with the gemologists who make custom Crown of Light jewelry. The afternoon went all too quickly but we had to get to our amazing dinner and Broadway show given to us by Crown of Light! Thanks for the amazing experience in NYC! We definitely enjoy being Crown of Light VIP'S!

We had a great time meeting the higher-ups and having the opportunity to see the magnificent diamond and other pieces. The reception was nicely catered and the goodie bags were quite elaborate.

I am absolutely in love with Crown of Light diamonds! I am complimented on my jewelry all of the time. The sparkle is absolutely incredible! Even jewelers in the US remark on the quality and the sparkle. I am always treated exceedingly well in all Diamond International stores ... most recently I've shopped in St Maarten (Anil), St Thomas (Ash) and Cozumel (Vijay) and highly recommend all of them. I look forward to wearing my Crown of Light diamonds some for everyday and others for special occasions.

The folks at Diamonds International are very warm and friendly. The experience in the stores in wonderful. The various designs for the Crown of Light make viewing and shopping a real treat. The designs are beautiful, elegant and most important wearable. Price ranges make it affordable. How the company gives back to the community makes a big difference.
