I can’t rate them highly enough. I usually deal solely with Andy. I get a call to check my levels regular enough to feel supported but not so often that I feel pestered. I require a pickup truck delivery and they accommodate restricted access in the best way. I have used comparison sites only to be disappointed but Crown are always supportive and reliable. They earn your custom and Andy goes above and beyond (even with requests that he could pass on). I have collected and had delivery and both have been a delight. The delivery team are always on the ball and friendly. I am impressed every time. I have called for oil and had my tank filled the same day. A business built on customer service and grown on industry knowledge.

Most excellent results and information requested from three most professional people in Andew, Sarah and Zoe.

They clearly don't want new red diesel customers. I asked for a quote for red diesel for our farm. I was told that you can't have red diesel to maintain your agricultural land in your tractor and was asked what we produced- I started to explained what the farm produces and said that I could produce any necessary receipts. All of our activities fall within the government's accepted uses for agricultural diesel but this lady wasn't having it. I could have given her our agricultural holding number or explained further but I thought "What's the point? I'll go elsewhere".

Having been badly let down by the company I had ordered oil from I was relieved and reassured to find a company who seem to value customer service. More importantly delivered our oil earlier than they quoted.
I shall certainly look at this company when I need oil again.

I’d just like to recognise and thank Andrew and the team at Crown Oil.
We have to have our heating oil delivered on their baby tanker due to access at our property up a farm track.
Recent storms and bad weather (snow) saw us use much more oil than normal and when we checked supply we were very very low which in turn can cause boiler and central heating issues.
When I initially rang a couple of days ago I was told the tanker was not available for several days due to other deliveries.
I explained our situation and was delighted to get a visit from them today with my delivery way earlier than expected. I also got a follow up call to confirm delivery.
In a time where bad service is always pointed out I’d just like again to thank the team for great service.

Poor communication. Dont do what they say. Avoid as if you need something by an agreed date they might let you down like they let me down

Crown oil have been supplying us for many years.

The staff are always very obliging, and have helped us out of a tight spot a time or two.

There are a number of other suppliers that have approached us, but based on service & price, then theres no reason to look elsewhere.
