Linda, we are sorry that your experience wasn't optimal. We do offer a variety of styles with different puzzle piece sizes. We just released 2 puzzles with EZ to Hold pieces to address this concern. The Made in USA puzzles all should have pieces that do not go as small as some of our other random cut puzzles. Hopefully you will consider giving one of these puzzles a try.

I love love my puzzles
I love love my puzzles! I love the fact that they are not glossy and are very beautiful when put together. I wish you had more of a selection. I bought most of them, I don’t usually do 500 pc, only 1000, but the are beautiful and I love the price, cheaper than Amazon. Thank you!

Christmas 22 I received the most beautiful card....
Christmas 22 I received the most beautiful card from a friend. When I researched the card origins, it had already been sold out. This years I went early and card was in stock, I ordered immediately with 2 other boxes of cards.
A week or so I mistakenly reordered these cards. Mike, from Crown Point Graphics, contacted me and canceled the duplicate order, refunding my payment.
I am extremely impressed with not only their card selection but also the Customer Service I received. I will need some printing products this coming year. My absolute first choice is Crown Point Graphics.
