Missing Puzzle Piece
I had a piece missing from a puzzle. I emailed them and they responded right away. The offered to send another one or I could chose a different one. I received the new one within a day or so. Customer Service was awesome!!!

I just love the cards I'm one of those old fashioned people who still send out cards, and I love your collection I took back after my Mom for sending out cards because at the church would always Thank my Mom for that beautiful card she sent, and to be thought of!!

I already sent a review but if you want another one, here you go. I will never buy another Crownpointe puzzle! The first on I purchased at Hobby Lobby, brand new! 45 pieces were missing! I complained to Crownpointe and received a free puzzle. There were 25 pieces missing! It is really too bad because the photos and quality were good but ridiculous that any pieces should be missing.

You mailed the boxed cards in an envelope and they came to me crushed. The boxes were crushed but I looked at the cards and they were o.k. You should consider mailing them in a box not an envelope.

I saw the Starry Night Santa Christmas cards in an image online and searched for them - finally finding them at Crown Point Graphics. These cards captured the joy of Santa and the holiday season and, with the shining star, reminded me of the very first Christmas.
