I’ve never had service like I’ve had with crua outdoors- I could not believe service like this still exist these days. Jesse went well beyond duties- I needed a Duo Maxx flysheet but of course the procrastinator that I am- I was a day late and a dime short- Crua just had a massive sale and they were sold out of almost everything- including the flysheet I needed- I contacted customer service and asked about said flysheet - I was answered back with - I’m so sorry but we have sold out- and probably won’t have them back in stock for a year- I asked about returns or used equipment which sometimes people send stuff back-
Without knowing what I started- A search began- I was sent an email from Jesse that it was the busy time of year and if I could be patient they would let me know if they had something - Well days went by- I’m assuming I’m just doomed not to have one until next year or so- I checked my e-mail later in the day and I had received an email from Jesse stating that some where found but without boxes-and was that alright? I replied with an astonished yes- Two days go by and Jesse sends me another email saying that a brand new one was found… in a box- Somehow it had been over looked- and that they would be sending it to me as soon as I paid the invoice- which I did instantly and it is on its way
as I’m writing this… So Thank you so very much Jesse for taking your time out and helping a customer with a 30 dollar flysheet- I won’t forget the incredible service I have received from Crua and always have received -

I submitted a warranty claim because one of the spreader bars ripped through the seam. I'm bummed that it happened, but that part receives a lot of tension. The warranty claim process was very simple many thanks to Jesse! I received the shipping notification for the replacement and I am pumped to get back out in the woods. Thanks crua for standing behind your product and customers!

Being in the Customerservice industry in a call center for over 20 years, I can truly say that your representative, Jesse, went above and beyond in every category imaginable. Not only was he, professional and courteous, he was also relaxed and extremely knowledgeable. I explained my situation to my questions, and not only did. He answer the questions, but he went above and beyond, and did some research and called me back, setting me up with more than I had expected.

Definitely a keeper, this guy gets it. He relates immediately. He troubleshot issues that were simply questions, and more than satisfied my hopes.

Both the initial phone call that I made, as well as the call back that he made to me, totally assured me that I was making the right decisions in doing business with your company.

Please let Jesse know that my appreciation for his customer service will be remembered fondly.

Jesse was cordial, prompt and on the ball.
We always felt we knew where our order was at, even though it was back ordered for a few weeks.
The cherry on top was when we asked if there was any way he could retroactively give us the discount for a promotion that had started while our product was backordered. There was no discussion there. He approved it right away stating "it's the right thing to do".

I received a few items recently, and thought I received the wrong items. I never opened it thinking I would have to return them. After emailing Jesse about the order, she helped me to know that she used a different box to mail it and to double check inside. Lo and behold the correct items were there. Thanks again Jesse for using recycled boxes to send things out, and the quick communication.

Customer service went out of their way to adjust my shipping cost to reflect what was ordered. I appreciated the refund.

We ordered the Crua Cottage and loved it. Although it is very hefty and bulky, the tradeoff for comfort is definitely worth it! We had an issue with one of the poles but Jesse in customer service immediately sent out a complete set of new poles. Thanks so much for the great service and well-built tent!

Jesse was one point from the moment my order was placed. I expressed a concern about the high shipping cost and he researched it and gave me a discount on the shipping. I appreciate his willingness to help

Jesse from Crua support was fantastic, although I didn't have the email receipt available, Jesse was able to source my previous order and confirm that I was still in guarantee, and ordered a replacement to be sent to me all within 24hrs, can't ask for anything better, brilliant service, thanks Jesse
