Our trip have been cancelled ( war )
Over the past few months, I understand that the situation has been very challenging due to the war, which unfortunately led to the cancellation of our trip. I can imagine that your team has had to manage a large number of customer concerns and requests during this difficult time, and I truly appreciate your efforts.
I am aware that there have been some complaints online; however, from my personal experience, I found your service to be supportive and understanding under the circumstances.
In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Nathalia Rayfield. She has been very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and her support made a big difference to me.
Overall, I would rate my experience 4.5 out of 5 stars.
