The representative replied very quickly to our email and answered our questions about a Caribbean Cruise thoroughly and knowledgeably, and even suggested better options for us to consider. We were never pressurized into making any choices and we found the whole process of booking very straightforward.

My first experience with Cruise Club UK and very impressed with the level of service, knowledge and friendliness of the travel consultant (John Grimes). I had a few questions which John had to investigate and call me back, which he did with great efficiency. I have the cruise that I want, with a cabin of my choice located where I wanted it at a very competitive price. On my experience so far I am very pleased with the service I have received

We originally booked a cruise for August 2021 but this was cancelled by Covid. We were allocated a similar cruise for August 2022, which was accepted. However on receiving a Cruise Club brochure it became apparent that this second cruise had also been cancelled to be replaced by yet another cruise sailing on a different ship on a different date and to different ports. Instead of refunding the deposit within 14 days as per ABTA recommendations we were eventually left with no alternative course of action and put in a claim to Moneyclaimonline, which led to a bank transfer being sent out within seven days. ( Despite being assured that a repayment would be paid none of the promises were kept and few return phone calls were made.) I will never book with MSC cruises or CruiseclubUK again and have advised all my (well-travelled) friends and relations to avoid them like the plague.

Following cancer diagnosis & major op. Sadly had to cancel our cruise of a lifetime. We have always booked through CCUK. But were deeply disappointed with responses to our, calls & emails. Cancelled in March, finally from last week we have daily updates from Zoe Rutter, she has been brilliant keeping us informed & confirming our refund at such a difficult time for us, hence 5stars. Thank you Zoe, you should be commended for this x

First time we have used Cruise Club UK aftere many years of cruising. After an initial problem with the sound quality on our telephone enquiry, the agent - Becky Sadoo - was exrtremely friendly and efficient in arranging a cruise for us in Spring next year. The Cruise Club deal was very competitive and comprehensive.

Do not use this company. Despite emailing them daily I haven’t received a response. They owe us money refunded to us via them from Celebrity Cruises. This money was sent to them on 13th June and they seem incapable of locating it and refunding it to us.

Very easy to book our cruise with cruise club, a Company we had not used before. The deal offered was very competitive and John was friendly and helpful to ensure we got the best stateroom for our needs. Would highly recommend Cruise Club.

We wanted to book a 7 day cruise on Sea Princess on 6th May 2023, as we liked the itinerary and a long awaited 'desire' to travel on 'Princess Cruises' whom we had received good reviews on. Marcia our Travel Advisor at the Cruise Club Travel Agent was knowledgeable,informative, helpful, patient and friendly throughout. We had no hesitation in accepting the competitive and appropriate cruise we wanted, which met our requirements specifically for cabin type and location.

Friendly helpful and professional.Absolutely no pressure.If the cruise turns out to be as good as the Cruise Club staff then we are on to a winner.

We had a problem with a cruise booking which we were finding difficult to solve ourselves but Zoe and Brad from Cruise Club came to our rescue managing to contact the cruise company on our behalf immediately solving the problem because they are very knowledgeable about how cruise companies work.
