Ryan and Enrique were both outstanding. Ryan helped us find the best cruise based on what we wanted to experience. He explained everything we needed to know and made sure we had a decent room in a convenient location on the ship.
Our cruising experience with Emerald princess was very impressive.
The corridors to the cabin were actually bad smelling . Personnel was friendly and helpful .in the dining it took some time(long) to get drinks after it was ordered. the shows were nice. However the sound was a little off . The volume off the singers and the band was not in a good balance. It looked like the harder the sound the better it is. This is a misconception, a better balance will improve the shows. Regards Gert Jan Govers
