It was wonderful. The crew was all very friendly and helpful. Food was really good as well
It has been a wonderful experience. Support from 'CruiseDirect' initially has been very satisfying. However, response to queries during past one month has been moderately dissatisfying and irritating. One excursion, to Messina was cancelled just one day before leaving no timetogo for alternatives on board - that was irritating and unprofessional. Excursion to Rome City Tour was excellent.
