A fantastic cruise experience from start to finish! MSC Divina is truly spectacular, featuring an incredible variety of restaurants, bars, and water attractions. Even when the weather turned and we were unable to dock at our scheduled wharf, there was absolutely no time for boredom thanks to the endless onboard activities. Our cabin was impressively spacious, and the service—from the meticulous cleaning to the excellent room service—was top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free getaway, regardless of the weather!

We were disappointed in the food (not as good as previous cruises we went on). Also wasn't happy with the communication. You could ask crew members questions and each one will give you a different answer. Also hard to understand dialect as most crew member ms could not speak English very well. I prefer paper communication indicating everything going on that day on the ship - not an app.

The ship is beautiful! Food was very good! The buffet gets a little crazy. My biggest complaint is the lack of quieter outdoor space. That is nonexistent on this ship. I recommend booking a balcony if you look for that on a ship!

when i Booked up the cruise it was a total price includinng taxes and services but my account was overcharged like a 20.00 $. Do I nedd to go to the BBB to try to settle that problem?

Beautiful ship and great staff. Buffet was awful - repetitive and lacked flavor as well as being lukewarm. Only thing good in buffet was the exceptional pizza and excellent coffee. Dining room service and food was excellent.
