We are experienced cruisers, over 40 years, and on this Hal vessel Zuiderdam we experienced good good in the Dining and also our cabin steward was exceptionally clean and helpful.

I was first placed in a room 1054 - which was directly below the Rolling Stone lounge. It was impossible to sleep, called the front desk- twice. Got up and dressed when to the front desk & asked for them to accompany me to my room so they could understand my complaint. They did move me to another room the next day (smaller but quiet).
