Now to the good - I received a helpful informative email about 2 hours later which answered my question
The email was received at a time when I had said that I was unavailable to speak so I appreciated the alternative method of communication

We had obviously booked a trip with Cruise Monks
I had medical issues on board involving 3/4 trips to on board Drs and a trip to shoreside hospital in Rio.
Our flights home were via LHR to MAN but not until 7pm with an 55 minute transfer
Because of my medical situation I couldn’t face waiting at Barcelona. I made enquiries on line etc. There was a direct flight due at 5 ish. 2 hours difference may not seem much but to me it was worth every penny.
Anyway Andy at CM worked wonders in changing our flights and couldn’t possibly have done more to resolve my stressful situation.
I highly recommend dealing with CM for all cruise holidays

Wendy and Dan first class service

Wendy was very helpful - she went out of her way and was very patient with us - everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble - our first point of contact was Dan and he also was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Top marks all round

Exactly what you want: A simple, clear, straightforward booking experience.

Dan was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and went the extra mile - firstly speaking to us well beyond the office closing time and secondly providing relevant personal experiences and insights. He also provided lots of details around every aspect of our trip and ensured that my partially sighted wife would receive assistance, both at the airport and on the ship.

James dealt with my query (Payment)…

James dealt with my query (Payment) even though it was a Saturday afternoon, I rang the office several times but the message stated that it was closed on a Saturday and Sunday for payment.
James rang me back to see if he could help and took my payment for me.
Thank you for your help James it was much appreciated.
