Would have given you 5 stars but I am having my 40th on the P&O pacific Explorer and you guys had a sale, yet due to system difficulties, a few guest couldn’t take advantage of the flash sale and were instructed to book the following week when the sale is not on.

I can see you have had a few friends book to go on your cruise which is going to be a great Celebration.
The majority of them booked during the 48 hour flash sale and unfortunately a couple missed out.
P&O pulled this sailing early from the Flash Sale as it had sold so well and they were changing the itinerary.
All Flash sales are always popular and sell out quickly and this is beyond our control.
I will send you an email to confirm all the bookings in your group and if anyone else missed out please let us know and we can keep an eye our for any new promotions as Flash Sales pop up constantly.
