Have to pay the shipping cost to exchange an Item due to the wrong sizing
Update: Cruisin City paid the shipping cost of the Item I returned. Although I didn't like their service, in the beginning, they made it up to me.
I checked the exchange and return terms on the website before ordering because I wasn't sure about my size. It was and is written "If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused" so I assumed the shipping costs of returning an item that doesn't fit and changing it with another size is on the Seller, and after contacting them I found out no, it's on me to ship a pair of rollerskates that weigh a ton to France from Germany!! It's an awful deal for the buyer and they are not clear on that on their Website! It's for you to find out when it's too late!
