Great service and awesome experience! Van was great and had no issues on the road - would use these guys again on my next camping trip. We used their lower end Go Cheap van and it was epic!

What a great experience …
What a great experience from the time that we walked into the customer office area to the return of the motorhome. Whilst I did forget to ask for his name, the guy that greeted us and served us at reception (he said he was previously a mechanic) was exceptionally pleasant. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. The info that he provided guiding us through the features of the van was great.
The van itself was great. Comfortable and very fuel efficient.

What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience! Had problems with the motorhome and when we called them they said return to Brisbane depot and it will be fixed. Nothing was done when we returned it and wasted $2500 of our hard earned money for nothing! Their Brisbane depot was shown problems with the door latch’s not secured on pick and when shown their response was oh it will be ok!Also the double bed east secure and I and it collapsed and I fell through at hit the floor boards injuring my back. Since this incident my back hasn’t been the same with numerous visits to a chiropractor! I wish I could give a zero star ! Have since gone with another company and they really great!

We hired the 6-berth Cruisin Motorhome for our family road trip and couldn’t be happier. The van was spotless, comfortable, and easy to drive — perfect for long stretches on the road. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth.
We even accidentally left valuables in the van after returning it, and the team contacted us straight away and safely returned everything — that kind of honesty and care says it all!
We’ll definitely be booking with Cruisin again for our next adventure. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a road trip in Australia! 🚐✨

Go Cheap Van
It was my first time renting a van, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, everything went smoothly at the agency. Ish, who took care of our rental, was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to explain in detail how the van worked and its specific features. When we returned the van at the end of our trip, Ish gave us a very warm welcome and also shared lots of useful advice for our next trip, which we truly appreciated. This experience alone makes me want to rent from this company again.
As for the van itself, everything was perfect, and customer service was very responsive whenever we had questions.
I highly recommend this company.

The Cruisin motorhomes team was very helpful from start to finish of our experience, we had no problems with the motorhome we booked! we were running almost an hour late on our drop off and the team were splendid, very accommodating and friendly!
