Very friendly staff and very attentive to any questions about the motorhomes we rented. We rented the 2 berth gocheap motorhome, it’s kept clean and well maintained, the kitchen tools are more than enough. We really had a pleasant experience with this company!

Amenities. The only think I would add is a shuttle bus.

Vehicles are in great condition, safe to drive and the costumer service was excellent. There is also 24/7 support which adds to the safety.

This is my first campervan experience. Great to choose Cruisin as our rental company. Everything was declared clearly, simple explanation and everything goes smooth. Me and my friends had our great time during the whole trip. Definitely will choose the same car rental company next time when I visit to Australia.

One of my best vacation ever to Tasmania and cruisin motorhomes makes it perfect. The motorhome was with lots of options and safety features. Love it and highly recommended ♥️

Extremely poor experience with Crusain Motorhomes.

Our motorhome broke down just 10km after pickup, which immediately ruined the start of our trip. We were then left waiting for around 8 hours before a replacement vehicle was provided. That’s an entire day of our holiday wasted sitting around instead of enjoying the trip we paid for.

What made it even worse was the complete lack of care or urgency from the company. The only compensation offered was a single day refund ($295), which is nowhere near adequate considering the time, stress, and disruption caused.

To top it off, there wasn’t even a phone call from management to apologise or take responsibility. The lack of communication and accountability is honestly unacceptable.

I would not recommend Crusain Motorhomes based on this experience. Poor reliability, poor service, and very disappointing overall.

It was a fun experience and the process was smooth and straightforward. The motorhome is in good shape and all amenities are working as expected. Highly recommended!

An incredible experience for our journey in Tasmania. The campervan was very comfortable and very clean. All the necessary equipment was provided. We had no bad surprises during the check-out. The staff were super friendly. There is also a book in the campervan with instructions explaining how each piece of equipment works, which helped us a lot to understand everything. I 100% recommend this rental company.

We hired a campervan at Cruisin’ for 10 days and had a great experience going around Tasmania. The van was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive, with everything we needed for the trip. The booking and pickup process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a hassle-free road trip! 🚐✨

We rented a motorhome with Cruisin in Hobart. The vehicle was advertised as 3.5 m high, and we entered a parking lot that clearly stated a maximum height of 4.2 m, following all posted signs. Despite following all instructions, the roof of the motorhome was severely damaged.

We returned to the rental office, followed all accident reporting procedures, showed videos as evidence, and explained that we had done nothing wrong. Yet, Cruisin simply cancelled our rental agreement, said there would be no refund, provided no replacement, and stated that the van was no longer roadworthy.

We attempted to resolve the issue according to their rules, but the staff refused to offer any solution, reimbursement, or reasonable alternative. Extremely poor customer service, total lack of empathy, and an unfair damage policy. I cannot recommend this company.

It was an amazing experience, never expected we could travel round Tasmania in such a motorhomes when’re we could fit kids , and aged parents in one vehicle. Great customer service. I would recommend everyone Cruisein motorhomes which caters to various needs. Thank you once again!
