Vehicle was good and Experience was great, except one of the bed support could not retract after the first night. Was inconvenient jumping around it. And obstructed the drawers and we could not take out the utensils. Otherwise good overall.

Smooth Trip, but Upselling and Review Pressure Not Ideal
The motorhome rental experience was generally positive and the van itself was as expected, clean and ready to go. Pick-up and return were straightforward.
The only part I didn’t enjoy was the pressure to take the optional insurance. It adds a noticeable cost to the rental, but was presented as the easier option compared to placing a $5K deposit that may not be returned for up to 14 days. I would have preferred clearer communication and more time to consider the options.
There was also some pressure to leave a review immediately, which felt unnecessary.
Overall, the motorhome was good and the trip went well, but the upselling and review pressure took away from an otherwise smooth experience
