I've been a customer since quite a while now. Very happy and satisfied customer. Been buying fabric for personal use especially for outfits for my grandson. Cute and great quality materials and prints have been provided.

I'm very happy to receive such good quality of fabrics and the print were also very defined😊

The depiction of fabric gives a false impression of pastels instead they are towards " chatak" side, and that is justified by them as " a slight difference in colours" ...then why do you present all fabrics in pastel shades on your website when they are actually not so ...

Crunky funky doesn’t even deserve a single star.
I am extremely disappointed with Crunky Funky. I placed an order more than 3 months ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received my order nor any refund. After contacting you again and again, there has been no proper response. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Your service is pathetic, your customer support is non-existent, and this shows zero regard for customer satisfaction. Taking money and not delivering products is nothing less than fraud. I strongly warn others not to purchase from you, as this is a scam experience.

If I don’t get a resolution immediately, I will escalate this issue further and ensure that more people know how untrustworthy and unprofessional Crunky Funky is.

Made an order in June it has still not been delivered. Spam website.

They were very eager to get order as soon as possible when i asked about placing order of bulk fabric 200 mtr. after payment no one is there to respond if my order dispatched or ready. no tracking id provided till 1 month. no one picking up call. no response.

Very very bad service after order, no response ,calling multiple time

Delivered after multiple follow up ; didn’t provide tracking details at purchase. Delivered on their own sweet time; on receipt of parcel - fabric had complete shop soil and printing was not end to end

Unfortunately they seem to be untrustworthy. I ordered 5 different types of fabric. 2 were the right ones, three were wrong. I have tried to reach them but no one answers the phone or replies to emails.

I had a terrible experience with this brand. I re-ordered an exact order but the quality the second time was not the same — material felt cheap; i have fabrics from both orders to compare and they are not the same. To make matters worse, when I reached out to address the issue, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They took no responsibility for their mistakes and offered no solution or apology. Definitely would not recommend. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered cotton material, but I got a polyester type material. Very poor quality. I won't recommend anybody about you product. Really hopeless.

It's a scam business. I was going to place a bulk order but luckily just ordered a sample first to test the fabric quality. It's been almost a month now, still not received the order. No response to messages and request for refund always ignored.

They just don't pick up the phone. All their 3 numbers are off and they don't respond to email. I ordered fabric with them, for 3000 and unable to reach them.

They are purely out their to scam people and siphon money!!!

I had a bad experience with my recent order. The fabric had printing errors, and customer service refused a refund despite their 2-day return policy. I even got blocked on WhatsApp,instagram when trying to resolve it. Really disappointed and hoping the brand addresses this.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They take too long to process orders, and there is no way to cancel once you place an order. They also don’t offer a cash-on-delivery option, which makes it risky. The worst part is that they don’t respond to messages or calls, so if you have an issue, there’s no way to get help. Poor service and zero customer support—I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
