I contacted the store by email on a Sunday, to ask for details/clarification for a purchase I wanted to make. I got immediately an answer, which I didn't and shouldn't expect on a Sunday and in 4 days I had my purchase delivered at home from Italy to Greece. I will not get into the details that surprised me and let me even more content by the people that run the e-store and my purchase as well. Not common to have such a response and interest in online services. Thank you guys and girls...keep up the good work!

And guess what? It was a express delivery, I received my item in two days.
Obviously, it's not always about the profit, they want to have happy customers!!!
