I placed an order and a big part of it was never delivered. After repeated emails, I only received one vague reply and then complete silence. No updates, no solution, no accountability.

What makes it even worse: in the meantime I keep reading more and more negative reviews from other customers with the same experience. Clearly, this is not an isolated case.

This company used to reliable under the previous owners, but the new management has turned it into a complete mess. What a mistake to place an order here.

My advice: do not do business with this company!!

I received my order but the items weren’t the one I ordered. I did contact them right after, but like others has experienced they don’t respond on email nor phone - Even though they claim to reach back within 48 hours.

Since I paid with Paypal I will make a claim asking to refund me for the items that are wrong.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering... At this stage I believe the company could be a fraud. Only half of my order arrived. They do not answer their emails or phone. They have taken the full payment amount from my card but only fulfilled half the order. Their website proudly announces "important announcement. A new era at Brotformen.de is here!" - a complete joke! The company management of "Lichtenauer Backformen GmbH", the legally registered company, have a lot to answer for. It seems however impossible to speak to Sarah Fuhrmann or Mathias Lichtenauer.
It seems I have no choice but to take legal steps at this point.

Company is a fraud , Do not buy from them

Utter hopeless buying expierence..

More than 10 weeks since ordering and paying.. i have still not recieved my order.

And The last 2 weeks, they have not answered my e-mails

Buy somewhere else!
