This store doesn’t deserve even half a star — the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
At no point during the purchase process did they disclose that the items were not actually in stock. Instead, they misleadingly claim the products are “custom made to order” only after the order is placed. That’s not transparency — that’s false advertising.
I placed my order on 26 February, and as of 21 March, the items are still marked as “awaiting shipment.” That’s nearly a month with no progress. On top of that, their customer service team assured me on the morning of 18 March that the order would be shipped that same day. It’s now been several days since then, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no tracking number and no meaningful response.
No legitimate online retailer with proper infrastructure takes over three weeks to prepare and ship just two standard items, unless they were never actually available to begin with. This raises serious concerns about how this business operates.
There is also no clear mention anywhere on their website or policies that items are made-to-order or subject to extended production times. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, long delays, and questionable business practices make this store highly unreliable.
I strongly recommend avoiding this website and purchasing from a reputable retailer instead.

I absolutely love designs the company puts out. The owner's vision is definitely amazing with fashion. However, this will be the last time I ever purchase from Crybaby. Every order I try to love every pieces but I just can't anymore. The quality of clothing is horrible. Basically the same quality as you would get at H&M. The website and clothes started to not include fabric content or put simple things like "made with 100% polyester". The return policy is nonexistent and at this point you're buying fast fashion at 5x the price. I get that running business is difficult. But I supported this business in the first place because I trusted the vision. Gaining nothing in return, I spent over 3 grand on Crybaby. I am telling you as someone who truly believed in the mission. Do not buy from the company. You will be disappointed.

The worst store. Fake policies on returns.

I ordered a gown for my wedding in October as it guaranteed a 7-10 day delivery. Never once did they message me to say the gown was going to be delivered months later. Money is taken and your on your own. I wish I had saw all the reviews. Itʻs so true. They didnʻt refund although I spent extra $25 for delivery and "insurance". Their customer service took a month to respond and now that it is almost to the deadline to receive anything, they respond. Iʻm saddened that companies like this are allowed to run away with money without accountability.

I ordered a dress and shoes the dress has arrived it’s like a piece of rag not like the beautiful velvet dress in the original picture one arm shorter than the other waist line rim one higher than the other very poor sewing as seems are puckered and not smoothly sewn

I’ve brought this to there attention and they are either ignoring me or fobbing me off the dress also is a completely different colour than on pics
The shoes havnt arrived yet as been waiting 4 weeks for them this company is a sham I’m going trading standards with this complaint anyone reading this plz don’t buy from this company it’s a rip off

Unfortunately, the product was very expensive but made of poor-quality material, and there was no goodwill shown on Crybaby’s side. The zipper did not work properly, yet they told me that this was entirely my own problem. I was told that I would have to return the package myself at my own expense, which would cost €15.

CryBaby, a company I would not recommend using. The returning process becomes torture. They will not offer a return address. Instead, they offer a 10% or 20% credit. The pictures do not reflect the real style. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Besides, you can find most of the dresses on Temu for half price

I ordered a dress in a Medium and Large. I got two completely different dresses to the two that I ordered - similar colour but nothing remotely alike.
I’ve had to deal with the company sending me the same email repeatedly - obviously AI generately.
They also asked me to send the dresses back at my cost and email the tracking number - but without ant guarantee of sending the correct items or mention of a refund.
15 emails later they offered a 10% refund and I could keep the revolting plasticky dresses they sent me.
I declined and told me to make me a better offer.
The dresses I bought no longer appeared on the website. And the ones I received were not on the website at all!
Now the website is shut down!
An absolute sham!

I ordered a M/L sized sweater and received a XL/XXL sweater!!! Practically calling me too fat for M/L! They gave me emotional distress!!! AND they said I have to pay for returning it! WHAT?! BS!!!! I didn't even make the mistake!

ordered two tops and only received one. however it was see through, low quality, and terrible fit. went through returns section and saw they will only give store credit for returns.
additionally, as a customer, i rely on reviews from other buyers. my reviews on their website and instagram have been deleted, which feels now very dishonest, as anyone else who tried to leave a genuine review has been silenced unless it was 5 stars. i wish i had read trust pilot reviews first since the general consensus on the quality is that its pretty bad, even though the brand advertises itself as high quality, forever pieces.

Orders more than a month ago, haven’t received my package and they are not responding to my mails at all. Wouldn’t order from them because I think its a scam…

Materials are horrible, completely see through and so short that it makes you look like a cheap something if you don't starve yourself. Takes a month to get to you and you pay enormous charges and customs.

I’ve been shopping here since 2019, and the clothing has always been cute but four years later that’s not enough to justify that the quality doesn’t match their rising prices, and especially not their customer service. I sent a return back in July and while I do admit it’s my mistake I discarded the tracking number , two months have gone by without hearing from a rep again .. as a customer who has given my hard earned money to them on several occasions, including this one (200$ order) I am dismissed as if I wasn’t. $72 I can’t get back in site credit.. and honestly any company only offering store credit instead of actual refunds is always a red flag.. another cash grab company like most of these instagram clothing lines.

Three stars because the clothes are decent (if you can get the sizing right) so if you’re not familiar with them I wouldn’t recommend because the returns process is tedious.. unless you have time to waste then go for it

Ordered a product that was unfortunately no longer in stock. Once they realised they were extremely professional in letting me know and offered multiple options to fix the problem!
Very quick response time aswell! Great customer service and very happy with them!

They do have some cute clothes but they're def overpriced for the quality (feels like shein clothes). I received a hoodie that was super thin but on the model, it looked like such thick material. It just didn't look good on. I left a review on her website that never got posted so I'm starting to believe she only leaves up the reviews if it's 5 stars.

Honestly a very trustworthy brand. The material isn’t cheap imo and the shipping never takes more than 2 weeks which is pretty good for international shipping. Everything I’ve ever bought from this brand makes me feel good about myself. 10/10 <3
