Great experience with lasting benefits
I'd read about the benefits of cryotherapy and so was delighted to hear that there was new company locally. The experience was excellent and I thoroughly recommend it. The Manager is super friendly, putting you at ease, explaining everything. The changing rooms and whole area is clean, tidy and bright. The website is informative and the booking process very smooth. I've now been repeatedly and each time I have left feeling extremely energised and totally buzzing - personally I love to go prior to a work out, but I have also felt the benefits in recovery too.

Amazing experience - so difficult to explain but we were WIRED after!
My Wife and I are fairly active, meaning we wake up sore every morning from the previous days running or cycling! Our friends told us about this so we booked a couples session and loved it. The place is immaculately clean, ultra modern and the manageress made you feel at home immediately - it is a little daunting going into a chamber to be frozen but the experience was amazing! We couldn't help but laugh when we were in there and we felt so invigorated when we got out. We were both super lively for the rest of the day and felt great for our ride later that evening. We love it, and the service is second to none... Well worth it.

This is the best treat I found physically and mentally
This is an amazing treatment which came recommended after leaving hospital due to having 2 herniated discs causing sciatica. I am having 2 sessions per week and after only 2nd week in I am finding results are happening quicker than before.
I have recommended this to many of my friends and even done a couple session with my wife.
Looking forward to my next session
Anna is very polite professional and very informative and talks to you through the window during the whole session. I was also surprised that it was not such a cold shock as you would imagine. I have been using this now for 9 weeks and I now feel physically and mentally in a good place
