Cryo set the gold standard in several areas but in particular when it comes to delivering expert advice, attention to detail and after sales care & support.

Jack in particularly truly loves his work and this passion is so evident in what he delivers to you with such genuine thought and personal attention, that you know from day one, that you're in good hands.

I could tell he WANTED to create a killer gaming rig for me that I'd be excited to get hold of and call my own. Really appreciated how he was able to provide some excellent guidance & feedback, based on my initial requirements ('must haves' versus 'nice to haves') without pushing me down one path or another.

Cryo Gaming are one of the good guys in the PC custom build world here in the UK. Can't recommend them strongly enough!

I configured a new PC with the help of the Cryo team. Jack was exceptionally informative and took onboard my requests / spec and put together a consice list of options.

The build quality was above all my expectations with superb clean cable management, plug and play setup, pre-installed. Upon startup everything just works ! it's fantastic.

I bought a Jack O’Lantern build based on a Ryzen 3700x. The build arrived promptly and came complete with fan profiles and monitoring suite, all of which were preconfigured perfectly to give an almost completely silent PC. The cable management and general build is top notch and the graphics on the case look amazing.
Dealing with Jack at Cryo Gaming was a treat; it’s clear he is very committed to excellence in his product and customer service. Will be happy to buy from them again!

Provided a number of upgrades for my custom 3600 build based on a high level outline set of requirements. Came back with sound advice and recommendations giving me flexibility to either scale up or down depending on what way I wanted to go financially as much as technically. Was really patient and while we bounced a few messages before nailing the end spec I ended up getting exactly what I needed with the assurance of compatibility and longevity with someone of experience giving me guidance through out.
No dealing with a random off shore call centre, no complicated forms and endless pointless questions. Service provided by a dependable company who genuinely care that you are happy. That’s genuinely worth something in the day of relentless lists of faceless e-commerce companies trying to do the same thing as the next person for 3p cheaper with no human in sight to deal with.

Great experience from start to finish, PC is up and running with no issues. The tech was great in answering all my questions regarding the PC as I have no idea and even offered to assist in the future for upgrades etc....
Very happy and if I need another PC I will be back.

I recently bought one of their Phoenix Ryzen 3 gaming PCs. The unit was delivered 14 days from ordering and is everything I was hoping for. Fast, quiet and stable (impressive overclock too). I use it for a mixture of both gaming and game development and so far it's been an excellent purchase. Will use them again.

Cable routing in the back of the case was a little bit messy but genuinely really high standard otherwise. I sent this feedback to the tech that built the machine and he made due note of it for future builds. Very trustworthy would use again.
