Excellent experience at CryoLabs. Cryotherapy has helped my recovery from a knee injury and especially helps with swelling and pain management. I regularly attend CryoLabs in Poole and highly recommend it for sports injuries.

I have had two hip operations and both times I went to cryotherapy afterwards. It has really helped reduce inflammation, speed up recovery and aid with pain relief for numerous aches and pains. If I have surgery again, I will definitely be back at cryotherapy.

Thank you Ian for care and support to resolve my plantar fasciitis problem. NHS cost huge money each month and they give nothing. Last summer I was running in Oban and I was on the top of Ben Nevis. You are Cryo Angel

Great service from Robert.and get welcome from other clients. Facilities are very clean. Can't use as much now as back at work and times of sessions don't work for me.

Friendly welcome, process was explained clearly and I felt reassured everything was safe. I decided to try this as additional treatment for my arthritis and found it was really effective at short term relief.

We look forward to our weekly session, 3.5 minutes flies by leaving us feeling great and back ache gone.

Cryolabs is a brilliant facility that offers a new and innovative way to hep the body recover. i was a little concerned at first when I realised it was -135 degrees, but cannot express how much I enjoyed the experience and repeated it 6 times! it really helped with my inflamed joints. My son also uses the facility and it helped immensely with is recovery from back surgery
