fraud by shady Russian gang, please stay away

SHADY is the only word to describe this company. Don't listen to their copy and paste response to all these reviews. They will LIE to your face and take your money.

I hit my limit on sending/receiving. I have about $40 USD in my account that I needed and the only requirement to remove the limit was to pass ID verification. NOWHERE does it state that your document needs to have at least 3 months of validity left but it's a requirement. When speaking to customer service about the issue, I was informed it was an "internal rule". AKA we don't inform people of our rules, we just use whatever will benefit us.

So now, my document isn't expired but it isn't within the renewal timeframe either so there is absolutely nothing I can do to receive my money except wait, for months.

TRASHY COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVEN UNDER DESPERATION.
I basically have (against my will) donated $40 USD to this shady company.

Edit: They've also rebranded as "Choise.com", just so people are aware. I can only assume it's due to the terrible name their company has.

UPDATE-Now I got a refund of 2100 but it says I should get a 1.9 eth refund which is about 2874$ but equal to 700$ lost but I got it back. I contacted good support.....My money disappeared without a trace, amount 2100 euros. I ordered a card. And it did well in the first few months for their card. Then I became confident. I sent money to the card to withdraw amount 1.93793084 ETH (which at the time was 2101.39€). They said the card was banned. Card blocked I contacted support -sent money will be returned to my local account-I gave bank account details-I'm waiting for my money-since 26 JANUARY 2021-still no sign- I have contacted support. but no sign i just wait And now I surrender because nothing happened And why am I wasting my time? I'm going to have to do it. It's terrible. To be honest.

4 months and still waiting for withdraw my money. From the beguining I regret for be part of this company. I’m waiting and I feel so disappointed for my 1500€. This company is over. I should withdraw my money just with an email 150€ per month and with kyc 10k. They put so much problems they literally cheat the clients. They not write and just said wait. Now with his new rebrand CHOICE also the same. Be careful. I try and try every week if they don’t answer me nothing I’m still waiting my money. It’s so discusting. The upside to the Crypto Crash is the funds they basically locked and stole from us are now being taken from them. I managed to get the max 150 Euro out per month without sending more ID and personal information to these pirates.

4 months and counting and no one single email from Crypterium. Why you can’t let me withdraw my money?. I work for this money and Crypterium stole! I’m so tired trying and no one answer. Also problems with CHO tokens. That’s the worse. Please here you only gonna lose everything. Where is my 1500€?

Its amazing that with all the negative reviews, Crypterium still maintains an average of 4 stars. It should be 1 or 2 at the most.
Notice their copy and paste responses to all investors who cant get their funds out.
I imagine this is happening because its a Fintech company overseas and its out of USA legal jurisdiction and that is why they are getting away with defrauding us.
We need to figure a way to have the USA government address this abuse and stop.
Can a CLASS ACTION SUIT be started to sue a forerign company such a Crypterium for defrauding US investors?

I have registered to their website , and when everything was verified, we cannot access to Virtual Cards.. we dont know its app issues or not, but support said (waiting,waiting) and still today we are cannot accessed to our Cards… Sorry.

I bought XEN when the company advertised it as an asset. Their initial communication was that after January 21st all XEN assets after having been traded on the BTC market would become available to exchange into BTC. It is now 5 months later - after 8 emails - there has been no follow up, the XEN assets were never accessible to exchange and now they have been dissolved with no email or notice. Crypterium has swallowed up my assets and taken my money. I have no trust in the company that they can just take these assets with no communication to the customer whilst they work in the background taking people's money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are definitely a scam....regardless of the BS canned response about long since being past being called a scam. They WILL steal your money and will just keep stringing you along until you give up trying to get it back

Their application is extremely buggy and servers are very unreliable. I had funds sent to my BTC Crypterium wallet that never showed up on the Crypterium App but i could clearly see the funds were successfully sent on blockchain explorer.

After i contacted their customer support, the agents were not very helpful and kept telling me to wait.

In the end, it took them over 3 weeks to credit my BTC in the app and i had to mention that i will file an official complaint with the regulator if they do not resolve immediately.

Lastly, this "missunderstanding" on their part cost me over 700 euro due to being locked in a BTC trade, while the market was crashing.

Apparently their way of saying sorry was sending me 17CRPT tokens (worth around 3 euro at this time) which is very "generous" for a 700 euro loss.

I recommend staying away from this App. Their support team is unprofessional and there are better alternatives out there.

Total Epic Fail!!!!
29.04 after 6/6 confirmations my Ltc deposit (600 usd) was missed!! During next week I just heared that responsible department is working, please wait and ect. Can you imagine how I was surprised, when at 06.05 another one Ltc trans. (200 usd) missed as well!!!

And after that total hell started! Without withdrawal my funds - they close my account, ignoring, playing games during 10 days, after they open my acc again, adding my 2 missing Ltc deposits according in new rate on that moment!! As result - instead of 800, I got only 500, because ltc was down on these days!!!!!
And its not overed! My balance is still falling, but these idi0ts reopened my acc and froze all transactions! Another 7 days passed - no any fckn piece of explanation!!!!!!!

Felipe also seems to have a problem withdrawing funds from crypterium. He already contacted the customer service several times but he's not getting any response. That doesn't speak too well for the application.

Its a scam site, dont use it. I had problems in the past also, they solved it. I deposited ltc to my wallet, 2 times, 2weeks ago. Both transaction was succesful , but they dont credited to me. I sent a few emails, my request number is (288362). They always say they fix it and wait etc.
But nothing will happening, they just STEAL the money.Dont use this scam site.

Update: 1hour after my respomse here in trustpilot, i got the money back

Terrible customer support service!
I used my debit card to purchase crypto and the payment from the bank side was successful but I haven't received a single crypto in my account.
Contacting support since a week now and no one cares.
Zero effort from the support + technical team for customers.
Still hoping I get my money back but looks like I will not.

Crypterium makes Crypto real to me. I can very quickly realise my crypto gains by transferring it to my crypterium online visa card and buy my groceries with it. That was always such an important proof point for me in crypto and makes investment worth the risk. The app is great and runs so smoothly. Especially now that its been up a while

Easy way to send and receive crypto, buy it or cash it out. They even offered their Visa cards. However, it's not ideal, and still has some polishing to do inside the app and their infrustucture. Issues like the one with deposits not being credited for some time are something that should not happen to fintech companies, and especially not take so long to fix the issue.

EDIT: Issues resolved, therefore, my review is changed.
