Their transfer process is slow. They lie and tell you all kinds of reasons why the transfer is taking so long. Do not use this site,

They are a thieving, useless company. I was told there was an unauthorised attempt to log into my account in NOVEMBER 2025. I locked it, was told to contact customer service to unlock it. Ha, customer service, that's false advertising for a start as they don't provide a service. I've had to submit my ID NINE TIMES, answer their stupid questions the same amount and all they do is repeat the process again and again. I cannot fathom as to how a company can be run this badly, it's actually theft, I've contacted the financial ombudsmen and have reported them to high authorities. Seriously, if you're reading this DO NOT SIGN UP, they are a scam, fraud business and should be ashamed

Linked my Bank account with Crypto.com Web broweser. Using the laptop is more comfortable for me than using the APP.

I've dealt with banks and investment companies for many years and this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. It took over a week just to open my account. Once it was finally approved, I deposited 10k only for my account to be locked shortly afterward. It's now been another week and I've received little more than vague responses through the chat. My emails have gone completely unanswered. After switching to gcasco...I realized how much easier the service are when a company communicates clearly and lets you access your account without unnecessary problems.

This site is an absolute joke. NEVER use this site no matter what. AVOID at all costs. Their livechat is absolutely useless and may as well be AI. I sent USDC from my crypto.com account into one of my other wallets and they charged me 50% of the amount i sent. WITHOUT ever showing me any fees. Obviously I wouldn't have sent it if I was aware how much the fee was going to be. Talking too them on livechat is literally useless, don't waste your time. Just never use this site and use coinbase or any of the other exchanges out there. Never use this disgusting website.

I used to think this exchange was a good one but I've just had a very bad experience. Yesterday I received an email saying one of my tokens was being delisted. Tried to withdraw my tokens but was told I had to wait 24 hours. Went on the site today and they've removed everything, including my ability to withdraw my tokens. And without telling me converted them to usdc. They tried to say they sent previous emails re the delisting but I certainly never received anything. Disgusting practice. Clearly trying to make money by taking people's cash when their tokens have decreased in price. I'm sure they'll be cashing in further down the line 😡

What an absolute joke this company is! My friend sent me £100 to the wrong email address, yes his fault, so naturally I created a new account using that email address, registered, input all my info, verified my ID then I get an email back telling me my ID is already being used on another account and the new account isn't registered. So I go into my old account and try to change the email address to the email address my friend sent the £100 to. I can't do that because the new email address is registered, although I can't login to it because the system says its already registered! So £100 floating around that I needed today and can't get access. Support took all my details and then basically said they can't do anything then went AWOL! I would highly avoid this company, horrid to deal with, horrible app that you have to download to do anything and when you login you can't do anything anyway! Absolute clowns!

I did, I waited for about an hour to speak to a human and they just said the same generic rubbish (we will get back to you soon). I wont hold my breath!

Official complaint sent, still no reply and no help at all.

It's a platform that doesn't shut you down when you want to interact. I'm 54 and have had an exceptionally easy time learning to use the interface. Overall , i am ok perhaps spending a tad more in fees, to always have access and always have the ease of understanding when exploring all the many services offered.

Deposited 25k. Got account locked by accident. Received 18 k when issue was finally resolved 1 month later. No explanation why there was 7 k missing.

This has got to be one of the worst, buggiest, pieces of crap I have ever used for crypto currencies.

You can't press "Send Money" to send money, you have to go to "My Accounts", press on the crypto, press "Withdraw", then press "Withdraw to external wallet", then you have to fill in the info. Then when you fill in the info it asks you to put your passcode in, so you fill it in, then it'll scan your face (Even with Face ID disabled) and then it'll ask for your passcode again, then you'll put it in and then it'll scan your face again and then round and round you go.

Most redundant app ever, near impossible to change your withdrawl bank details, do not see an option anywhere inside the app.

One of the highest deposit/withdrawl fees within any crypto app.

Plain and simple, just use Binance.

Sometimes temperamental but generally good.
