DO NOT TRUST CRYPTOTAB. I am a long-term user with over 16,000 referrals, and I am writing this to warn the global community about the fraudulent activities of CryptoTab OÜ (Registry code: 14709252, Estonia).

The Timeline of Fraud:
I requested a legitimate withdrawal of 0.0043 BTC on February 27, 2026. According to their own terms, this should have been processed within a reasonable timeframe. However, it has been 56 DAYS of silence and withholding of my funds.

Malicious Support Behavior:
When I contacted their official support on Telegram to request a status update, their staff showed their true colors. Instead of providing transparency, they immediately BANNED and BLOCKED me from all communication channels. This is a classic "exit scam" tactic—they allow you to mine and build a network, but the moment you ask for your earned money, they cut off your access to support.

Legal Action Taken:
I have officially reported this developer to the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon). I have received official confirmation from the authorities regarding my complaint. I have also initiated reports with Google Play and Apple App Store legal departments to have this predatory application removed from their platforms.

Key Facts for Potential Users:

Selective Scamming: They pay out small amounts to keep the facade alive, but withhold larger amounts or ignore long-term users.

No Real Support: Their support team exists only to ban users who ask uncomfortable questions.

Active Account, Frozen Funds: My account is still active, which proves I haven't violated any Terms of Service, yet they refuse to release my BTC.

Conclusion:
Stay away from CryptoTab. They are using your hardware and your network for their own profit, while selectively choosing whom to pay. I will not stop until this matter is resolved

THE EVIDENCE:
BREACH OF PAID CONTRACT (CT Pool): On Nov 28th, I paid 16,470 Satoshis (TXID: ee82415e681aae3dcd09849b26a287d9e932cc08cdc25ce606af69289a47c6c6) for a 3-month mining pool. Not only did the service result in a NET LOSS (only 13,514 sats mined) (TXID: 33fb61fe2fdba7f1563e915437be5519d78c110e0fe55520027d111356c1d6d1), but they are now refusing to pay my earning from Cryptotab Browser.

UNPAID WITHDRAWAL: I have a pending withdrawal of 0.00036457 BTC since April 2025. Support only provides automated 'be patient' bot replies.

SELECTIVE SCAM: They process tiny payments to keep appearances but block any significant amount, especially from users who actually PAID for their services.

TECHNICAL VERDICT:
CryptoTab is no longer a mining service; it’s a Ponzi-like scheme that takes BTC deposits for any of it products and never fulfills the withdrawal requests. I have on-chain proof of my deposit and their 12-month failure to pay.

I have been using CryptoTab Browser and mining BTC with my own time, electricity, and resources. When I tried to withdraw my mined BTC, it has been stuck in "Processing" for over ONE FULL YEAR.

During this time, I have sent multiple support emails — in April 2025, July 2025, September 2025, October 2025, and March 2026. Every single time, I received the exact same templated response from "Chris" saying: "We are currently investigating the withdrawal issue."

No actual resolution. No timeline. No explanation. Just the same copy-paste answer for over 12 months.

I have now sent a formal demand letter requesting:
1. Immediate transfer of all my mined BTC
2. A clear explanation for why this has been blocked for over a year
3. A definitive timeline for resolution

If this is not resolved within 14 days, I will escalate through consumer protection authorities.

I missed my confirmation email and have been trying to tell them to resent me the confirmation so I can reconfirm it again but they don't sent it, and again I withdraw my last Bitcoin but am yet to get the confirmation email for them. Please send me another confirmation mail

I have been waiting for my BTC withdrawal for over 10 months. I have sent multiple inquiries, but the support team only provides robotic template responses saying "investigating." They have failed to provide a single Transaction ID (TXID), which proves they haven't even attempted to process my funds. Total amount withheld: Over 0.0116 BTC. This service is no longer trustworthy. I have given them a final 72-hour notice, which they ignored. I will be reporting this to cybercrime authorities and warning the entire crypto community.
STAY AWAY.

I used their various apps in the early days and even invested money in boosts and pool miners. It worked fine for a number of years and then at some point I waited a really long time for a payout which was eventually paid. Now it's happened again and it's been about a year. They don't respond to customer service or support requests. Do not use.

so far so good, the mining pays out, but it doesn't save your login info even though ot asked if you want to save your login info every time.
