Solid prop firm & slow support
CFT has good execution, fair conditions and really tight spread + almost zero slippage. Thats for the pro side of this prop firm.
Recently I had to "test" how competent their support team is.
My 100k account no. 391399 got breached for violating the daily drawdown limit of 5%. The percentage I actually lost on this day however was 2%.
I thought to myself: no problem, I'll reach out to the support, system errors of this type can happen. Even the dashboard clearly showed that this 5% violation was nothing but a flaw in their system.
Resolving this minor and easy to grasp issue required over 20 emails back and forth with CFT.
I almost gave up reaching out to the support team, because they not only acted extremely incompetent, they also ignored my mails for 10 days or more.
