Enabling Scammers to Operate Freely on Their Platform
Cryptomus, a payment processing platform, has become a hub for scammers looking to exploit unsuspecting users. Despite clear evidence that certain merchants are running fraudulent operations, Cryptomus has refused to take action against these accounts. Scammers are using the platform to deceive and steal from customers, and when users present proof of their losses, Cryptomus offers no assistance, either refusing to issue refunds or ban the malicious accounts.
This lack of accountability makes Cryptomus a dangerous platform for anyone seeking legitimate transactions. Companies using this service to scam others are able to operate unchecked, while victims are left without recourse. Cryptomus' support team consistently ignores reports of fraud and continues to allow these malicious activities to flourish.
If you value your financial safety, it's best to avoid Cryptomus. They are turning a blind eye to scams, making it clear they are more interested in protecting scammers than supporting their customers.

Randomly blocking blockchain transactions!
they mark transaction as suspicious, and therefore asking for proof of incomes of my wallet screenshots of peoples I've receive incomes and other private info.
It's private information and you are not a legal authority to ask for it or seizure your customers money!
Blocking transactions and getting control over customer money is calling a STEALING!
It's not only me. if you google you will find other unhappy customers of them.
Now we have to look and pay for a lawyer to take our money back.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM !

Impossible to get any support. I've had two transactions failed, one being my own fault because I sent the wrong amount of crypto currency, the second one simply never got confirmed on Cryptomus side and the order failed on the merchants side, despite this the currency was withdrawn from my wallet. I created a support ticket for the first issue, which they promised to refund but before I even sent the address to which they could send the refund to, they closed the ticket. So I did as any normal person would, created a new ticket and submitted the wallet address to where I wanted the refund and I referenced back to the closed ticket. The only response was that I should wait and then they closed that ticket as well. It has now been over 1 week and there are no sign of the refund. For the second transaction I followed the steps accordingly and sent the correct amount of currency and I could see the transaction being successful on the block explorer (PolyScan), but Cryptomus never confirmed the transaction from their side even after waiting almost 1 hour. So once again, the currency was deducted from my wallet, the transaction failed and now Cryptomus has my USDT in their possesion. Completely useless support and in my case I got ripped off close to $60 worth of crypto currency. Thanks a lot!

The money was originally sent to another wallet. After that it was sent again to the correct one in two instalments. Tech support ignores the fact that there was a third payment and does not read messages anymore, money is not transferred to the shop either. I do not recommend, avoid payments through them whenever possible

Used this service to pay
I paid In BNB and did not get anything. And that is not about "not trustworthy seller" but cryptomus failure.

I use the Cryptomus platform to accept payments in my online store, and for more, it's the most convenient and functional payment gateway. There are so may plugins you can integrate, I might even experiment and try something new. I recommend Cryptomus if you're planning to add a payment feature!

A scammer opened a trade thru p2p faking the payment proof. The dispute is open several days ago and costumer service does nothing.

Cryptomus isn't without its flaws, but overall, it's a solid platform. I do miss having some advanced features for tracking prices and trends. If they add those, it'd be perfect!
