Failed withdrawal for since May 2024 (Putting 1 stars)

UPDATE ON 21ST FEB 2024: the mining rate has reduced to 350 in this month of Feb from 500 satoshi per hour in Jan
I m revising also from 4 stars to 3 stars until the problem is solved (SOLVED/UNDERSTOOD).
UPDATE ON 30TH MAR 2024: In fact the satoshi per hour adjst according to BTC price but you get the same Dollars value every day/every hour. So nothing to worry. You can opt to exchange your BTC after withdraw or keep it hoping price will increase
