No response - Cracked window

Crystal Direct window
Damaged window, possibly caused by poor delivery service from delivery driver I received from your company on May 13th, 2019.

At the time, only my wife and son were at home (it's note that my son is not physically fit only 13year old) and the window arrived at 19:30 evening. However, the driver refused to carry the window frames and windows off the track because we had been told that he ‘had a long day at work’. So, he insists that my son will have to do the job, he had no choice but to do so with the risk of injuries. Although, after a few arguments with the driver he then finally agreed to carry the rest of the windows to our door. Unfortunately, we did not inspect the quality of the item until the day of installing it. we suspect that the driver may have accidentally cracked the window while carrying the item.
I trust this is not the way to conduct business with valued customers.
I've send many emails and contacted the Crystal Direct customer services, but they have not given a response regarding the damaged window for every email I sent to them.

Chips, scratches and terrible customer service

I bought aluminium windows and sliding door from crystal- firstly the wrong parts for the windows were delivered, chips and scratches everywhere on both the windows and sliding door. The company promised to make good and then didn’t show on 3 separate occasions, then when they did they didn’t have the right parts to repair on another 3 occasions.
The so called aluminium window has mainly UPVC parts.
The company were terrible at letting us know what was going on. From being first delivered to finally have them repaired, still with chips and scratches has been 5 months! I have rung and emailed so many times I’ve lost count to either be ignored or promised some one will return my call...and they never do.
Be warned!!!

Excellent service

I’ve recently had some work done on a property that I’m renovating, the doors were supplied by Crystal Clear Group Limited. Unfortunately the front door was fitted and left with a large gap when closed, I asked the fitter (not an employee of Crystal Clear) to return and adjust the door which he did, the door then started catching when it was opened and closed. So not to call out the fitter again I went to adjust the door myself and discovered that the lower hinge cover had been glued on.

I contacted the fitter who informed me that “it wasn’t fitted like that” so I asked if he was saying I had broken and stuck it back on, he replied with “it must have come like that from the manufacturer” so I asked for the contact details of the supplier - Crystal Clear.

Initially on calling the Crystal Clear sales line I spoke to a chap who couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Not once did he blame the fitter (even though the fitter had put all blame on the supplier) the sales agent was professional and reassuring. I was asked to email the customer service department which I did. I then called to ensure you had received my email and spoke with Shannon. Again Shannon was a credit to the company, she was polite and honest, I was informed she would look into the case the following day and get back to me.

The following day, first thing I received an email apologising for the issues I had experienced (something I’ve not had from the fitter on the two occasions he has done a poor job for me) I was offered a replacement hinge that would be posted out to an address of my choice that evening. Again not once did Shannon blame the fitter she simply provided the facts.

The service I have received from Crystal Clear has been impeccable, I was overly impressed with service, understanding and professionalism.

Crystal offer a great product

Crystal offer a great product , very well priced , always delivered on time and they are a great company to do business with.

I would highly recommend Crystal as when it comes to windows and doors they are streets ahead of the competition,
