An honest review.
There is clearly a hate campaign going on here.
This is nothing more than targeted harassment the reviews have all been written within 2 days.
So given that there is someone who is trying to destroy a business that is built on love, peace and ethics, I will give my very honest review.

I have been part of the community for nearly 3 years and have found it supporting and friendly. There is definitely no sign of a cult! Nyree is one of the kindest people I know with a good heart. She has supported me many times with my work with children and I have personally seen her support members of our community when they when they need it. Nyree clearly cares about The human and environmental impact of the crystals and minerals she sources is clearly important to Nyree and is evident throughout the education and her renowned reputation and education. She knows her stuff!
I love that there is a review system, I have never felt the need to impulsively buy as I know I have 12 hours to review, videos are also available on your review items. There is never any pressure to buy. My orders are always beautifully packed and arrive and any questions are always answered promptly.
I have joined every live at Tucson and not see any of the things the 1 star reviewers are claiming, perhaps they are confused?
Why someone would feel the need to write these bullying reviews is beyond me.

If I had to sum CA up in three words it would be: Authenticity, compassion, integrity. Never have I met a business that welcomes me with open arms like one of their own. CA is more than just physical products, it is community, and a powerhouse of a crystal energy, and healing family! CA is more than a shop, it’s about the people behind it as well. I do just want to say how amazing the products are too -hand picked by Nyree, authentic and ethical. CA come with a whole team of angels behind the scenes as well, customer service is like no other - multiple ways to contact, and I have never waited more than a couple of hours for a reply or resolution. It has become extremely difficult to claim items during these live sales due to the sheer volume of competition for each piece. The pace encourages rushed purchases rather than allowing customers to connect with items that genuinely resonate with them.
During the recent Tucson live sales, Nyree appeared upset upon discovering that some customers were also watching other live sales, even though those sales were from the same stand, featuring the same items. She stated that if people wanted to see something, they could simply ask and it would be shown. While this may be true for certain “inner circle” customers, having attended the live sales in both Denver and Tucson, I was honestly stunned by that comment.
In practise, even items placed in review, where customers are required to message to either claim or release, often went unread or unanswered. Repeated mix-ups with claims were not addressed, and the live chat was filled with people asking how to get through at all. Suggestions such as “message in all caps so we might notice” were being shared among customers, which speaks volumes.
There seems to be a willful disregard for how frustrating this experience is for buyers. Nyree’s focus appears to be primarily on the fact that CA has a large number of people competing for each item, rather than on ensuring that customers are actually able to secure pieces they truly want and connect with.

I have been a CA customer for a little over a year now. I love the experience of finding my next crystals with CA to add to my collection. Nyree has such a passion for crystals; and her knowledge and authenticity are to be commended. Nyree also has the best team, they go above and beyond! Always a 10/10 experience 🌟

Crystal Auras has become my go to place to purchase all of my crystals and crystal jewelry. Why? Because I trust this company. Nyree and Matt are the definition of authentic. They are passionate to ensure that the crystals they acquire are ethically sourced and of high quality. They don't sell to sell. They educate first because they want their customers to understand what they are purchasing. The community is so supportive and people are helpful. Crystal Auras team is always available to answer any questions because they want their customers to be satisfied and happy. They do not push anything on anyone. They are very respectful, genuine, thoughtful, honest, and maintain a tremendous character.

I have been purchasing from Crystal Auras for almost 3 years and have always received the highest quality crystals and top service from the whole team. Every member of the team go out of their way however Matt, Justyna and Katie have been amazing during these busy hectic days while a Tucson.

I have managed to pick up stunning pieces from home that i have wanted for years and this, i would never have been able to do unless i travelled to Tucson myself.

Shopping experience on lives are always different for those that are first getting used to it however i have always found the team nothing but supportive and fair both during and after the live.

I have been purchasing from Nyree and Crystal Auras for almost two years. They are the kindest team with crystal selections that have the highest energy. I am in the US and will happily wait for it to be shipped from the UK because their quality and pricing is the most ethical, fair, and beautiful that I have found. Wonderful people and a wonderful small business. I have learned so much from Nyree. She's amazing and so is her team.

What can I say about Nyree, Matt and their lovely team. They sell amazing sustainable crystals, jewellery and so much more and their customer service is excellent. I have bought online and bought from the Leicester studio and always been so happy with my purchases. Nyree has a true passion for what she does and
this is why she has built such a successful business. I won’t ever shop anywhere else now for crystals as I love their ethics here.

I’ve been a CA customer for over a year and appreciate the ethically sourced products and the educational content during Instagram live sales. However, the lives often include excessive off-topic commentary, making it slow to actually see the items for sale.

I also find Nyree’s attitude uncomfortable at times—particularly comments that come across as belittling toward her partner and disparaging toward other crystal sellers, while simultaneously claiming to support them. This contradiction feels unprofessional and detracts from the experience.

During the recent Tucson live sales, this behavior escalated. A situation involving a disappointed customer given advice re stock levels of an item they wanted but had been beaten to several times, was, in my opinion, blown out of proportion. This resulted in another customer being blocked and pointed remarks made toward others for watching different live sales from the same booth.

The high-pressure “panic claiming” during these lives also makes it difficult to make thoughtful purchases. For these reasons, I won’t be buying from CA’s live sales again, despite valuing the products themselves.

There are other live sellers with access to the same products to buy from.

Crystal Auras is hands down one of the most trustworthy and ethical crystal businesses I’ve come across. The depth of knowledge here is truly second to none—Nyree is a phenomenal educator who clearly understands crystals on a level that goes far beyond surface knowledge.
What really sets Crystal Auras apart, though, is how genuine Nyree is. You can feel her true love and respect for crystals, miners and her sources in everything she does. This isn’t about trends or profit—it’s about integrity, energy, and doing things the right way.
I honestly wouldn’t pay any attention to the negative reviews, that have come in all of a sudden, that lack any real detail and substance. They’re very clearly coming from competition, which just goes to show how threatened some people feel when faced with authenticity and excellence.

I honestly can’t think of anyone more trustworthy for crystal lovers to buy from. Nyree and Matt have built the most magical, welcoming community of earth‑magic enthusiasts- people who appreciate beauty, but who also deeply value ethical, responsible sourcing from Mother Earth.

When Nyree announced she was visiting Tuscon to do an international live sale I was over the moon.. especially as my previous experience of an international live with them has been nothing but positive! Nyree is someone I fully trust when it comes to sourcing materials from one of the largest events in the world. Nyree & Matt have worked so hard to accommodate our shopping requests which resulted in myself purchasing two beautifully carved Ganesh pendants…and more! Nyree takes her time to check quality, give information about the mineral and where it’s from and researches extensively to provide information which helps me to make better informed choices when buying. Crystal Auras LIVE shows over the last 10 days in Tuscon have been epic. Excellent pieces at great prices. The prices are a reflection on the crystals being ethically sourced and supporting the artisans, the cottage miners and local families.

If you are new to Crystal Auras, please do not take notice of the negative reviewers, especially over the last 2 days. It's a shame that it's written by jealous and greedy competitors and disgruntled people, who aren't aware that there own actions are a reflection of the negative karma zooming towards them.

Nyree, Matt and the entire team are incredible.
Luckily for me I found Crystalauras in Dec 2021 and made my first purchase, I havent purchased from anyone else since. Some reasons for this are how they are completely transparent, they ethically source the crystals, can tell you exactly where they are mined, the miners/families, they do fair margin pricing and know the whole journey of these crystals, which is evident due to the amazing energies each crystal has. The continuous education Nyree shares is amazing. This is why I still purchase from them and always will. They're the kindest, selfless people too.
