Kudos to Crystal Classics
I originally called the Waterford company to purchase champagne flutes. As they do not offer engraving, which I specified, I was referred to Crystal Classics for the purchase and engraving. I am thrilled to have been given that recommendation. I put in an order and was given selections for type of engraving and font style. Before placing the order, fortunately, I was sent an image of the monogramming I had chosen. I decided to make a change which they immediately accommodated for me. The beautiful flutes were then delivered shortly after. Highest praise for the communication and service I received from Crystal Classics!

I’m a first time customer. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the products, but what really set this company apart was the care and diligence in the packing of the crystalware for shipping. The box showed the effects of transit, but nothing was broken. I was left with the impression that it could have been dropped from the Empire State Building balcony with no damage to the contents.
