It was our first visit to an optician today and we were both very impressed. We were made so welcome by the team of staff and offered tea or coffee while waiting. Our new glasses were ready to collect in just over one week and they fit perfectly Thank you Crystal Clear Optician

I was recommended to Crystal Clear Opticians by a friend and I am so glad I made the switch, A large high street chain of opticians had missed my cataracts. Crystal Clear Opticians have been amazing from start to finish. Customer service is of the highest quality and I cannot recommend enough the whole teams polite, friendly and professional work ethic.

I had passed this business on several occasions over the last couple of years & finally made my mind up to give them a whirl. I'm so pleased that I made that decision. Neil is a really knowledgeable & skilled optician, and carries out very thorough eye tests, putting you at ease with his friendly manner & conversation. Marta & Paula are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, helping you pick out the right glasses to suit you, should you require help. I did! The business has a great selection of frames available. Prices are competitive....more than I had imagined they would be prior to visiting them. If you value "old school" service with friendly chat along the way, all done with a smile & a cuppa thrown in for good measure, then this is the place for you! Highly recommended.

I needed to do my regular eye test. One of my friends recommended me to go to Crystal Clear Opticians in Southport. It was an amazing experience for me as Neil, the optician, is patient, kind and take time for me to discuss my eye health which helped me get rid of my worries. He and his team members also helped me find the right frame although I am a choosy. I do recommend to go there when you need to enjoy incredible experience as I had.🥰

Hadn’t had an eye test in 14 years and found this company off Google reviews. I have to say from the initial booking I have had a great experience and felt they were all very helpful. They have a super selection of glasses at various prices. Lovely friendly professional business and will be using for all my eye needs moving forward. I would recommend getting in touch with them if you require eye tests or information on anything eyes 👀
