Hello, I have been using drops for almost two weeks. I put one drop in each eye in the morning and one drop in the night. My eye color has changed a little. I take pictures of my eyes every day and I do not know how to take pictures here. I come again to write changes Of course, my eyes burn and itch a little when I drop the drops, and it turns red

👎👎👎👎👎 Package to London never arrived, costumer services unresponsive and the tracking number they given me hasn't yet put on the system for over 3 weeks. Will now forcibly get my money back through the bank.

I have hazel eyes, but I always wanted grey eyes.
So I bought the lightening drops and sterling grey.
I have used 3 bottles of lightening drops and 5 bottles of sterling grey. I can see the differences, now I have grey eye color, like icy grey. I like the result.
Would like to try the color purple.

It is an absolute nightmare! No refund for turning my eyes allergic reactions and conjunctivitis on both eyes going blind. They are neglecting customers and they don't care if you go blind I wasted $265.00 please save yourself don't buy it!!! They are absolutely nuts trying to trick innocent people by claiming eyedrops change eye colour. They are a monster of a company!

This company keeps trying to take money out of my account. I have never ordered anything from this company. They are a fraud if they continue I will get my lawyer involved and sue them. When I tried to contact them they never answer the phone. I sent them an email and the only reply I got was your order has shipped. I never got an email confirmation stating that I placed an order or anything. Looking at my account this morning they tried to do it again for 66.98. So beware of this company they are a fraudulent company

***BEWARE** First off, their product did not work for me and I used 6 months of it and a bottle of the lightening drops, which I should of not needed. When I initially saw the ad, I messaged them on how many bottles do they think I would need… of coarse I got a response right back. I was advised that two bottles would be enough to change my mostly green hazel eyes to the sterling grey color… well I ordered three to be safe! By the time the three months was coming up, there was absolutely no change, so I contacted them about the money back guarantee. Of coarse they contacted me once again and told me I needed to purchase the six months worth of product to get that… so I ordered, three more bottles and lightening drops. I live on disability and used birthday money and credit cards to buy this product and to have absolutely nothing happen was such a disappointment. I’ve been contacting Crystal Drops for over a month now, trying to get my refund… trying to get them to honor their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and I either get a computer generated message that says please be patient… it sometimes takes 4-6 months for the product to work, blablabla, or your case is under review and someone will get back to shortly. I have countless emails, I’ve sent them photos of my before and after of my eyes and the invoices and payments made to them and absolutely nothing and because the initial payment is so old… I have absolutely no recourse, whatsoever! I shouldn’t say it didn’t change my eye color… it did take the really nice sparkly green part out of my eyes, that was after using the lightening drops…yay! So, from being so excited to getting the color of the eyes my dad had, to being a disaster from hell, I’d think twice before ordering this product.. unless of coarse, you have a lot of extra money and it won’t damage your budget in anyway!😡

DO NOT BUY!!! Not only did they not work they damaged my eyesight in just one bottle! First it says only 2 to 4 months and they change. My already light colored eyes did not change at all. They refused to answer me I asked to return the unused bottle and they send emails saying your product is on the way here's your tracking number. They send the same email over and over again. Paypal should not be allowing them to scam people with their payment method. I can't find a return address which isn't on the package either. I emailed so many times and they send the same email saying my product is on the way here's my tracking number. Last night they finally answered me saying send a picture but they refuse to give me a return address. I didn't know they are not FDA or MHRA approved and now my vision seems permanently damaged. This company needs to be shut down. I lost over 600 dollars in product alone. Plus I'm seeing a doctor to see if my vision will return to normal. Your vision is not worth different colored eyes please save yourselves.

Not happy. Ordered 2 bottles originally of the Turquoise. My eyes are naturally a hazel (light brown to green) and used the bottles as directed and no results. Emailed company and they said it sometimes takes longer and so I bought two more bottles and still nothing. Contacted the company again and received identical email that "sometimes it takes longer and I could purchase lightning drops." They did not honor their money back guarantee when I said I was unsatisfied with the results after following directions and ordering more and now they just want me to spend more money and buy more of the same drops or the "Lightning drops". This was a huge expense for me and I only did it because I felt there wasn't a risk as they had money back guarantee. The company has not reached out to me nor honored their guarantee. What a "rip off". Don't waste your money for a product that doesn't always work and that they don't honor their guarantee. Also when I tried to write review on their site, I was blocked because "Only customers who confirm received this item are allowed to leave a review." There is no place to confirm receipt. I gave them my e-mail address to write review so they can confirm receipt, but just another smoke screen of deceit.

I ordered 6months worth, and nothing. When I connected the company to let them know, they instead tried to sell me more, ignoring me when I told them that their drops didn’t work. It doesn’t matter I have told enough people on tiktok to know that these people are a scam.

Hi, this eye color change drop is not working at all, please people be aware of that, after spent 150 dollars for 2 bottle and used over 2 month i dont see any change at all, false advertising is illegal i think, when i sent a message about it, they responded saying they cant help it, so i dont understand why they false advertising this one all over the internet???

Mine came last week and I’ve already used it for a week! 2 bottles of lightening drops and 4 bottles of color light blue. I can see my eye color are getting lighter a bit. Keep using and will update.

Bought 2 month supply after reading the reviews they have on their site. Used them all up and brown eyes still blue. Another scam like hair pills I fell for, reported to my bank for refund

This product is worth It ! I think some bad reviews are from the competitors. I've been using this products for 3 weeks and can already see a difference in my eyes. So, if you've been thinking of changing your eye color, give this product a shot. You will not be disappointed!!!

the shipping took 10 days to arrive, came in good status and well packed. I bought 3 bottles of sterling grey, I am on my 2nd bottle, I could see the differences. It works well for me. I will keep buying and updating

Total scam paid for fast delivery its been over a months nothing has arrived. They said if it doesn't arrive soin we will issue a full refund. Nw I am being ignore on WhatsApp and via email. Total scam spend over £100. Guys don't bother.

Total scam you guys! I've been using the drops for 3 months now and NO change at all. My eyes are deep brown and I bought the turquoise and I know it takes longer to go from darker eyes to blues, but No change at all. I have 1 month left and I'm going to finish it, but I have little to no expectation of a change. Don't waste your money it's so not worth it. Also, I wish I researched a little more because there are so many red flags now that I'm paying more attention. On their site, it says to store at room temperature, but on my bottle, it says to refrigerate after opening. Also, the directions are sketchy as well their site says twice a day twice in each eye, but my box just says twice a day in each eye.

Hi I purchased 6 bottles to make sure I would have enough for my eye change color, so now it has been 5 months so far and not even a bit of change, it feels like there's only water in the bottles, I purchased grey but like I say no change at all, do not waste your money I spent over 400 dollars, for nothing

It has been 3 bottles now, that I have tested from them. And $250 Canadian later - I am “very disappointed” with the results !!!

Before this, I had turned my brown eyes, to hazel...using 5 to 1 ratio, of organic honey & saline solution. You microwave for 8 secs, the saline solution (5 x 1/8 tsps) then add 1 x 1/8 tsp of organic honey to it, after it is heated up. I then placed it in a small eye drop vial, and it kept in the fridge - until I needed to make more. I did this for 3 months. It burns more obviously, to use this homemade, internet, honey eye drops idea “but” at least, I had better results !

The Crystal eye drops cost me wayyyy more “and” they only lightened my eye colour a shade lighter ! I still have hazel eyes ! I wanted blue.

Anyways, I am definitely no longer testing their product.

I use blue colour contacts from “DESIO” anyways. They look very natural !!!! And, they are supposed to be disposable “but” instead of buying more - I’ve used these same blue contacts for 3 years !!!! I just treat them like the regular, soft, plastic contacts that they are - by only wearing them for a max of 3 x 8hrs daily (you can go up to 12 hours wearing them) then cleaning them overnight in some “Lens Care System” solution, that I bought from Walmart. I even bought the cheap “Equate” brand. It has been saving me a bundle “and” like I said, for 3 years now !!!
