Never ever order from this web site

Never ever order from this web site. They have a german web site but all is shipped direct from China. I purchased two hard drives, both defect, no way to get them to work. I reported the problem and all I got was a 15% voucher to order more crap from their web site or I'd have to return the product direct to China ... Which would cost more in customs clearance and shipment that the product itself. These guys are dishonest. crystalli.de is just a online chinese reseller of bad products. Ban this site

The company in question is a shell company with a purported German affiliation but actually based in China. The goods delivered do not match the description of what was advertised. The products are of poor quality and consist of counterfeit items.

Do not buy from this website!! I wish I had read the reviews before. The item was supposed to arrive in 5 days it has been more than one month and nothing. They answered the first emails saying it was on its way (which is not true). Otherwise did not offer a tracking number, nor any information on why it is taking so long. Now they have stopped answering my emails. I never had such a thing happen to me. Do not buy from them! It's a scam.

'EINFACHE RÜCKGABEN 30 Tage sorgenfrei zurückgeben' on their website is a COMPLETE LIE. Refused to pay for the return of a defective product.

I purchased two half zip merino wool sweaters. The green one was a COMPLETELY different shade from what was shown on the website - by German law they are responsible for funding the return of a defective product. This is an issue that other customers have complained about on Trustpilot. Besides this, the sweater quality was bad. I wanted to return all items.

The customer service agent (Sara) offered partial refunds and credit for other purchases on the website to avoid the item being returned. She encouraged me to be environmentally conscious about my decision to return the item, but they refuse to update their product photos to reflect the actual colour of their items!!! In the end I paid for the returns and am waiting for the refund.

You can see that almost all positive reviews are similar in style/format and 99% fake, generated by AI.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - AVOID!

Claims to be in Germany but all items are Dropshipped from China

Items arrived damaged/Faulty and they make it almost impossible to return the item. Here's how...

My order was 70 EUR. The SSD Drives I ordered were both non functional on delivery. They ask for video proof which I sent them. They offer a 30% refund or 60% discount on next order.... OR you can return to China at your own cost.

They then try tell you they are a sustainable company and we as customers must think of the environment before sending the goods back to China, when in fact they are drop shipping small items individually across the globe.

Took me 3 days of back and forth emailing just to get a return label and legal threats. Instead of telling me to discard of the broken items I now need to send them back to China for a chance to get my money back.

There is not one word in this review which is untrue. Once again DO NOT order from this company/fake shop/scam store.

Trouble with return.

Hi, I am trying to contact you and return the t-shirts. It has been more than week now. I've emailed them but all get the automatic response that they've received my email and nothing further.

I had a very bad experience with this…

I had a very bad experience with this company. I tried multiple times to cancel my order, but it was not possible. I had a long and frustrating conversation with the delivery company, and it took them over a month to deliver the package—despite me clearly informing them that I would not be able to receive it.

Once the package arrived, I immediately contacted the company (at least three times) to return it, as they had previously told me I could send it back after delivery. No one responded. I received no return instructions, no support—just complete silence.

On top of that, the product itself is not good . The quality is very low, and the green suit I ordered is not green at all—the color is totally different from what was shown online.

I’m extremely disappointed. Poor service, poor communication, and a poor-quality product. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

my package was sent twice, both times with a wrong name on it. a correct name was provided from my side every single time. i asked for a refund - no reply.

money basically stolen.

Misinformation/mismatch between description and real item

'Misinformation' or mismatch of described and shipped items seems to be systematic if I see other reviews. In my case, the fabric was polyester instead of cotton, it was not a dress but a 'trouser dress'. No reaction at all to my inquiry.

Get in another website

My product (a lamp) came defective, and I got in contact with the company 18 times (and counting). First, they keep demanding information, photos, explanations, and video. Then answer deflecting "or team will get in contact," "please get in contact with our team" (well, I just did!). The phone number does not work. So basically, they resell products, and it is delivered faster than the original website. If you are lucky, good for you, but if you encounter problems with your product, don't expect to be able to use your right to return it! You know? There is a prime service out there that sells the same thing but has better customer service. Don't make my mistake and don't take the risk.
- They responded to the commentary, saying that I could get in contact to resolve the issue. I did—19 times! They know my problem; emails, photos, and videos were sent.

Avoid this seller at all cost!! I have the same experience with other buyers here. I feel fooled by information provided in the website. I was not aware that items are coming from China until they sent the shipping info, which is also never been updated. I should have done better investigation before I ordered the items. Now I am trying to get a refund from the company through Paypal.

Scandalous experience

Scandalous experience. Apparently not the first since im reading a lot of similar ones in the reviews. But actually the first time for me to get scammed like this while online shopping. The sent me the wrong dress and after i sent them very clear pictures that shows the differences they kept telling me they were the same.
I asked for the return label and they wouldnt give me back the money but only a coupon which of course i didnt need cause i would never again buy in such a store. The dress was Shein quality with 3 times the price and the whole service in general too.

This online store falsely presents…

This online store falsely presents itself as a German retailer, but in reality, it is based in China. The product I received does not comply with EU Regulation #2023/988, and its description on the website was misleading. Additionally, the shipping took significantly longer than promised(5 days).

When the package finally arrived, it contained no sender information, and the product itself was missing key details required by EU regulations. The product should be made by 100% cotton but it is just probably 100% polyester.

What’s even more concerning is the deliberate attempt to make returns impossible—the only return address provided is in China:

(Translation: 康众大厦 东莞市东城街道 钟屋围商业二街2号)

This address lacks a specific door number, raising doubts about whether a return package would even reach them.

The shop misleads customers by implying it is based in Germany (put google map shows location in Germany), which is a clear violation of EU consumer protection laws.

Ultimately, I felt forced to accept only a 30% refund, as I had no confidence that I would receive any refund at all if I pursued a full return.

Given these serious issues—including misleading business practices, regulatory non-compliance, and fraudulent reviews—I request a formal investigation into this retailer. I also seek guidance on further actions I can take to report this violation and protect other consumers from falling victim to the same deceptive tactics.

Ordered a pulloverWaste of money and time

Ordered a pullover. Item arrived with large hole under the arm. Mailed company and told to return item.
.Item returned (Registered) three days after delivery, to address on Crystalli order form. Company replied, item not received, although DHL recorded tracking stated item delivered to address. Crystalli mailed they can not refund money as they did not receive item? Customs to to locate package, funny DHL stated item delivered.

Fake dress - piece of garbage

I bought a beautiful looking dress that was send after two weeks from China and I could have made it better myself. I did not get more than 14€ back, because the customer service didn t want to let me send it back.

The dress was 54€ and one side was longer than the other, threads were hanging loose everywhere, the buttons were hanging and the M size was waaay too big. Also it itches like crazy.
