My beads arrived quickly and are beautiful….. I ordered Precosia and received real Precosia (unlike a different website that just sent plastic beads with a Precosia label stuck on) which are gorgeous. Amazing customer service and regular updates. All round fabness, thank you :)

I have had the worst experience with this company. I ordered crystals on 26th of October and they did not arrive. I emailed them and received a reply stating there was nothing they could do to help me for 15 days. I contacted the Post office who advised me that they should have arrived within 2 days. I have sent many more emails which they completely ignored. Almost one month to the day after asking many times for a refund they finally sent a packet of crystals not a refund. Anyone out there looking to buy crystals for a project, please consider Little snow company they deliver quickly, have fantastic selection of beautiful crystals and very helpful customer service.

I have placed a few orders with Crystal Parade and they have always been very helpful. Great communication from Poppy when I ordered more than they had in stock. I love that they sell the Preciosa 5mm bicone beads which are a perfect size for tiara making. I have this company on my list of regular suppliers. I like having the peace of mind knowing that if there is a problem with my order, they will contact me to discuss it. Their customer service is excellent as is the quality and range of products.

Would give zero stars if i could.
Placed an order and paid for Saturday 3rd July delivery only to be contacted by the company to advise that Saturday delivery was not guaranteed but as I was not too far away (25 Miles) I could collect it. I agreed as i was desperate for the ordre and was told where the item would be left for collection. Drove for 40 mins covering 25 miles and arrived at the company on Saturday at 9.30, only to find that no parcel had been left for me to collect.
I telephoned the mobile contact i was given, no answer. I had to call several times before the phone was answered by Charlotte, only to be greeted with "oh s**t i forgot.... I was then told i would need to wait an hour before someone could get to me as she needed to take her mom home first before coming to me, albeit she as only 15mins drive away and surely I , the customer, should be her priority.
I suggested that as this was not my error that the order could be brought to my home town (Birmingham) but i was told categorically "i'm NOT coming to Birmingham. I then receive a call from Poppy, advising that a friend will be with me ASAP. 50 mins later i receive my order.
More than a week has passed and as yet no email offering an official apology for the level of customer care or the unprofessional attitude of Charlotte.
Horrible experience, horrible customer service and unprofessional attitude of staff (friend/family) when things go wrong.
