I’ve had a great experience with this…

I’ve had a great experience with this online game store! The website is easy to navigate, the prices are competitive, and the game selection is top-notch—everything from the latest AAA titles to hidden indie gems.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. I had a small issue with a game key not activating right away, and their support team responded within minutes. They were friendly, professional, and resolved the issue quickly without any hassle.

The game you received was clearly mentioned as an offline version, which works only in offline mode. If you go online, the license may be removed — this is a standard limitation of offline game sharing and is clearly mentioned before purchase.

I paid ₹599 to Cryztal Zone for a…

I paid ₹599 to Cryztal Zone for a Ubisoft game account and received login credentials that don’t even work. I followed all instructions and copy-pasted the email and password exactly as told. The Ubisoft login page clearly shows “Invalid email address or password”.

Despite showing them the issue, they kept insisting the credentials were fine, and then completely stopped responding.

I asked for a refund or a working account and got no reply at all. This is a fake website and a scammer posing as a legitimate seller. Avoid this fraud at all costs!

Don’t waste your money. This is a scam.

I've had a great experience being their customer. I've bought only one game (FIFA 21) so far, and it was delivered to me smoothly, without any issues. They have been supportive and responsive throughout. Looking forward to more purchases.
