Great site from my experience.
I use this website a lot to buy a lot of tf2 keys for high volume steam level up. Never had a problem. staff's also ready to help on discord.

I use cs.deals more than 5 years. First thing about cs.deals is "your money is safe". I had many problems in these years buy they fixed ASAP and always helped me. I never lost even 1 usd here. Also technically its smooth, fast and easy UI. BTC deposit / withdraw works perfectly. Instantly you can get you money with BTC with low fees. %2 sale fee and %2 witdraw fee is acceptable on skin markets.

I hope they never change their policies and stay like this.

Started using the service recently. Their website had many glitches, due to transition, and also their trading bots were being reset and due to that many people were not able to retrieve their items.
Deposists sometimes dont go through, but for the most part they work.
I have not withdrawn any money yet, but some users have reported delays.

My initial review was 2 stars due to not being able to retrieve my items and website glitcheness. Support eventually came through and refunded my the item cost, but only after numerous emails.
It looks like they put effort into fixing the issues with the website and therefore, I changed my review to 4 stars.

Nice and easy to sell/trade your skins, straight forward. Money has been forwarded to my bank account and I couldn't be happier. Don't listen to people saying the site scams, just be vigilante when using these kinds of sites, check their bot directory (meaning look at the steam profile code not just the username.) I also like to thank the admin who helped me through the process of selling my skin, gave me a lot relief in selling a decently high valued item.

I had an issue with the site and I was really worried, however after making my way over to the discord I was able to create a ticket and speak to a staff member (Patcho) him and his team as well as all of the CSdeal staff are incredibly warm and kind and solved the problem for me, site is great but customer service is even better.

i recently had a bad trade experience go south the items unfortunately couldnt be recovered as a result of my own stupidity and thankfully they werent pricey ones
but one of the staff (being Ashen) talked with me on how to next best avoid future issues and other details around how scammers can trick me into unknowingly giving away my skins

I have last used cs.deals about a year ago (last sale: 27th May 2023) and then more or less didn't touch my account because I wasn't sure If I want BTC or EUR on my bankaccount.
Fast forward to the last weekend: As many others I received the email about being charged 10USD for inactivity, so I decided to get my money withdrawn.
Due to a change of the payment provider in 2023, all my verifcations were gone and even my old balance did not show up. I have to admit, communication via email support is not ideal. I got some weired email about a account deletion request which I never made... not something you want to read from a site where you have balance on.

BUT!
I can recommend the support on their discord very much. Patcho and his team are very helpful and patient. They got every (stupid) question from my side resolved within minutes. They guided me step by step to transfer my old balance to their new site-API and walked me through the new verification and payout process.

The annual 10USD fee for inactive accounts only applies if you have "parked" money on their site. You can prevent this fee by making a 0.10.- cent purchase of a sticker or so.
I've seen lots of negative reviews about this (its only a DB entry, etc) - Note that cs.deals are reliant on an external payment provider. And as far as I know from my employer, holding passivas makes annual statements and inspections difficult. These things cost money and cs.deals is not a bank. Don't be silly.

I agree though, the communication about this fee was not ideal and raised a lot of questions (A FAQ entry might make sense here).
