Cs.deals is a very cheap skin site, but it has its downsides. First, when adding a lot of skins to your cart and attempting to check out, many times it will say "some of the items in your cart are unavailable" which is a hassle because you have to purchase one at a time which taxes you more especially if you pay with site balance. In addition to that, it can occasionally be a hassle to withdraw skins as I havent been able to do that with mine for the past day. But, i love csdeals as they easily have some of the best prices for skins so i hope they can fix these issues. Ive also contacted their support regarding this problem with no response, I will follow up once they reach out.

this site is shady and very unreliable. they dont care about the customers at all.

i just did my first ever transaction on cs.deals . i tried to sell some skins and cases. and somehow other bots got me the offer first, with my 0 experience on sellin skins on the sites. i approved it and long story short my items is gone.

context. i am a first times seller on the site. they should give us clear direction on how not to get scammed, or whom knows. with how fast is the scammer bots send me trade offers. with exact details. it might be an inside job as well. and they pretend its not them . anyway. NEVER TRUST THIS SITE. IF IT HAPPENS TO ME IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!!! DONT DO IT!!!

one of the 2 best skin marketplaces that exist, and which one is the best, depends on your personal preferences..
PROS: lowest selling fee (afaik), that is 2% i think, instead of 12% from the other site.
with that, there comes the first of the CONS: the site doesnt do much ads, like the other which then leads to higher selling fee to compensate.. but with that, not as much people use the site, so if u searching a specific skin, u might not find the perfect deal right away. plus there is a chat, which is nice, but also causes people trying to find people to lowball from and buy directly.
u can also trade there, which is nice, but also not many skins to choose from like on other sites which mainly focus on trading. u can deposit and cashout with bank, card, and crypto, and u have a site balance which is nice. the admin actually cares about the users which i respect
not that much features like the other site, and with all other things i mentioned i have to give 4/5 stars, but this site is the best to buy and sell, the other one just little more comfortable and easy ig, but if u not a noob u will use this

Site got better with time.

I deposited money to my balance through card on csdeals and I got charged for it and the balance never showed up. I made a ticket with support and support has not yet at all responded for days.

Site scammed me for $40. I deposited items 2 weeks ago and still dont even know where are my items

Site went through an ownership change and since then everything went downhill unfortunately. A lot of people are not able to withdraw funds via cryptocurrencies and unfortunately people running the site are either incompetent or don't care about it. I would love to be proven wrong but this is the current state of affairs, I think that I would have to look for a different site to trade on.

now i can pay my school. i will sell more in future

It's been more than a week since I haven't received my money... I have cashed out with Adyen, and now it is taking forever to get my money. I needed it so hard, and was trusting cs.deals. Customer service is not replying to my emails as well. If you are considering using cs.deals, please go to another provider. Feels like I lost my $500...

The new changes made the site go for the worst using worse payment provider ayden payments which i cant use since im from middle east and removing zen pay like wth

Used to be convinient, fast and reliable. Now, when I listed my 203 keys, I should have recieved around 320€ but got half of it. (150 ish euros) and havent seen the other part for over 50 hours, all though it was all sold. I requested support from their website, filled out the form, no answers for over 24 hours now.

And... you cant withraw your money. LEAST they could have done is make a BIG red warning that EUR/USD cashout doesnt work. I would have never sold my items.

Please, cs.deals. Redeem yourself and answer the support. Review wont be removed/fixed before the money is on my bank account and the issue is being resolved. At the moment, I feel absolutely scammed. I would have had the money by 13th if I knew what's up with cs.deals, now I need to suffer and wait for the money.

The site has been down for 2 days. The transaction with usd and euro has been closed to Turkey. they do not inform users in any way and no one can reach them. No one is responding to emails. I will never trust this site anymore

I accidentally listed an item for sale for "Trade-Tokens" instead of real life money. I lost about 80% of my items value or more due to this mistake, since all items for "Trade-Tokens" are listed at as much as 3x-10x of the STEAM market price, not the site market price, which is absolutely absurd and a complete scam. The site also refuses to make up for this by either converting these tokens into real life money or refunding the user. Consider making a better UI where you make it more distinguishable whether the user is selling for trade-tokens or real life money, or at least a warning when they are about to list something, since I'm sure I'm not the only user who've made this mistake...

EDIT: I did manage to find some items to trade for that were not super overpriced, but in the end I still lost money, but since I've only had positive experiences with the site before this incident, I've changed my initial review.
