CS.deals went above and beyond when I was having difficulties with an item that I listed being sent to a bot that got report botted. This was completely out of cs.deals control for the bot to get report botted and they were promt to reply to assist me and answer any questions I had. After about 3-4 weeks with the bot still being community banned, cs.deals offered to compensate me for the item that I had lost. 10/10 website and 10/10 customer service. I look forward to continuing my use of CS.deals

Slow load times even though the site isn't updating and the statement about the site being the fastest among the other sites is complete BS. The load times for searching is very slow. The UI is the worst part of the site. Very messy and too much stuff on your screen when just doing simple trading for example the giveaways, chat, item rates (could be closed by default in a external menu). Filters are fine and I give 3 stars for the multiple options to use the site for (Trading, buying & selling).
If the UI was as good as on other trading sites, then it would be an easy 4-5 star.

It was really fast and with 0 problems, def gonna use it again for skins.
