Thank you for raising your concern. We understand how frustrating a series of failed upgrades can be, especially when the displayed chance is high. Every roll is independent, it is statistically possible - though very unlucky - to experience long losing streaks.
Also, the platform does provide transparency features. The upgrade system operates with a Provably Fair mechanism, and actions such as upgrades are recorded in the user history/logs, which can be reviewed. The system does not adjust results per user or manipulate outcomes.
We understand that a negative streak can feel suspicious, but accusations of theft are not accurate. If you believe there is a specific discrepancy, you are welcome to contact support with the timestamps of the upgrades so the team can review the logs in detail.

If you dont like to spend money with this things like bet, its a good call cause if you put just $2,30 you unloacked functions for trades with more advantages to win a valuere skin without spending more money just accumulating with free skins.
