played years there but yeah its a scamm for sure. i allways have been depositing but never had change for withraw losed a lot cs go skins a lot real money . site sucks hard balls. support doesnt exist u talk there allways with bot. all of the slot games are laggy af. and never they fault allways check your internet for that XD... prob had some big wins but everytime u get lag spins 2 min 1 spin and then u dont win nothing only lagg not even 0,1% back and for sure dont ever buy bonuses there its 100% rip off.

Played crash on their website and ran into a latency issue but found out it was on their end, talked to support but they repeatedly said it was maybe their fault but they do not give refunds. They do not give refunds even though they were at fault? Showed that the latency was 0.5s on crash and just said “no refunds”, I asked for my bet back since it was their fault.

I was a losing customer on the site by a small amount. I started winning some of it back reaching 8055 USD in balance but still down overall. I cant even imagine how they treat their winning customers.
When I tried to withdraw it was declined:
"I'm sorry to say that you will remain permanently banned with balance(s) seized."

They are accusing me of breaking ToS by creating multiple accounts which is not true. It seems they are just use this accusation with no proof to steal funds.
At the time 500.casino had some easy to beat same-game-parlay lines. That is what I was mainly betting. Since getting scammed they no longer offer these lines.
I am sure a lot of people where betting these lines while they existed. I only had had 31 bets on the site overall.
I understand that what they are accusing me of does happen but I have never had another account on the site.
Dont use 500.casino, either they falsely tied my account to another or maliciously use multi accounting as an excuse to steal funds.

They potentially even made 5x+ profit from just holding my BTC deposits but are refusing to make it right and pay out my USD deposit balance. Its not even profit.
I have tried to escalate the issue to other people from 500.casino but I'm being ignored. I am making this review hoping someone at the company will finally see it and make it right

I have never had another account. If the system you are using flagged my account its an error.
If you dont want to show proof to me in private how about you send the proof to someone else in the industry for arbitration and if they confirm that they agree I had other accounts I will remove the review.

i just create an account on this casino a 4 days ago , i won couple of few hundreds ,everything was good yesterday i deposited to play normally as i used to and i found myself i cant bet and perma mute from chat i asked supp they told me you need to do kyc to continue using the site because we think you do money laundering !!! for reall?? okey i said no problem i went to verify myself with id and live face check and they tell me you account is banned for fake documents and they literally took my money tha i have in account and my deposits (close to 400$ total) and that was the biggest joke ever happened i told them how it is fake documents and i asked them to literally open a video call live or i can record any video showing all the all documents they need to see and what they say ? they tell me sorry we cant offer you a service without even explaining why it is fake documents ( and for sure it is just a lie to close my account) , im a tunisian if you dont know how our ids looks like dont say it is fake and bring an arabic staff so that he can confirm that my id is 100% correct, and again i can verify my id and every document you need in video call live or whatever you want but yet you keep not answering me you just said you got perma banned for submitting fake documents then when i asked for a video call to verify you said we cant offer service then you didnt answer and you just do seen? i have all the screensshots from the conversation and i can show them and it is 400$ ffs not 40k is that worth to ban my account for by accusing wrong things? again im all ready to verify everything in live and hopefully you give chance at least to verify me with fairness one time

edit: they did review my case and they came out with result i cannot be verified in their site which i still dont know why but returned my account with the 139$ balance that was on it and they chose to not give me the rewards which is more than 200$+ saying that during those circumstances even tho the bets were finished and the promo was before i get banned so if there is an issue it should be in future promotions even tho there is no issue because im still ready to this moment to verify with any documents or any method they need and
last thing i want to say thanks to ZEN the only admin who wanted to review my case and he did his best to solve the issue but yea the rules of the site are suck
