I had a misunderstanding with the withdraw rules, but the helpful staff (Connor) are actual humans!

Kim was very helpful, went out of their way, and got me the 8% bonus on my deposit even when I missed the previous code.

Withdrawals take far too long—mine took almost an hour. The wagering requirements are overly strict, particularly the 40x requirement on the bonus balance. I strongly suspect that the site uses fake 5-star reviews to inflate its overall rating. That said, the website does pay good, which is a positive aspect.

Made alot of case battles, opened alot of cases. Always choose 1 or 10% profit. Enemy bots constantly pulling 0.26-0.5% in every battle, my bots or me didnt make it even once. So i lost 400$ because i trusted good reviews, but i think that its obviously not clear site. This site is definetly rigged, i dont think that it was just bad luck. Dont visit this site, save your money. Just open cases in cs, you know that odds are bad, but they are real.
P.s. This is my experience, i want to share it. I don't need any "help" or any answer to this post from admins of this site. I know that sites like this try everything to delete bad reviews.
