I opened a support ticket and spoke to them as politely as possible, trying to clarify an unfair ban that was handed out without any proof. Instead of a professional, data-backed response, the staff started mocking me, replying with cheap ironies, and acting incredibly arrogant. To top it off, they abruptly closed the ticket without a single valid explanation. There is clear evidence—including screenshots of their chat logs and recorded conversations—proving exactly how these people make fun of players and abuse their power simply because they own the site.
This is a highly toxic environment managed by immature individuals who have zero respect for the gaming community. Do not log your accounts here, and do not risk your time or your skins on a platform where you can get banned at any moment just because an admin woke up in a bad mood.
