package never arrived, i’ve been waiting for over a month. cs help is a scam

Total waste of time not happy complete waste of time

I order Chairs and my package never arrived 5/29/2025

On November 27th 2025, I ordered a storage cabinet located on pinterest paid money for and I've never received the merchandise. I want my money back or they can suffer the consequences because I'm reporting this company to the authorities. Reference ID: 2025113001383278800179

An organized scam website with the Global Discount Center promoted by Pinterest??? Your cabinet order will never arrive.

Scam Scam Scam all the way. Order your goods. Never receive them. Automatically receive an email from CShelp to lodge a dispute. This is purely a delaying tactic giving you the impression something is happening. IT IS NOT. They do not reply to your emails and neither does the supplier. My Dispute No: 20111329.

I have sent 4 emails with no replies in regards to when I will receive my order . Upon investigating this company them come up as scam

Fake site, part of a network of fake sites, never shipped product, provided a fake tracking number, second fake tracking website showed product delivered - no product was ever shipped or delivered. Despite showing tracked and delivered when I asked the complaint dept about my order they immediately refunded my order? Also said my refund would take 1-6 weeks to be processed. Total scam site.

I ordered 2 puzzle boards on December 9th and have NEVER received them or heard about them !! They got their money that day. I got nothing. I live on social security. I can not afford their BS

I raised a dispute in late Feb 2024 after never receiving an order placed in Jan 2024. I have repeatedly followed up hoping to see progress but today (Sep 6 2025), the dispute remains open and in a processing status. After 20 months, I don't expect to EVER get a refund. Thanks goodness the purchases was only $57 but still ...

I ordered a portable dishwasher countertop in June. I still have not received. The attachment to the email I received still show the order has been confirmed and the order is ready for shipment.

This is definitely a Scam!
Lost money. Do not use!
I also don’t understand how Instagram allows the scam to operate from its account.

I have not recieved my goods and still after 3 months no action is taken.
I opened a dispute but still have not recieved any refund yet.
On inquiry just recieved same message about checking with family and neibors.
No intermediate steps are showing on sight except "open and progressing" no time frame or date was visible from the beginning which is a red alert.

If there were zero stars they would get that rating! STAY AWAY - FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING - DON'T RELEASE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM.

THEY WILL BURN ONE DAY!!!

Placed an order for cargo pants and opened a dispute as I have never received. Yes I think it’s a scam. Terrible how people can just take your money and nothing can be done about it.

Tried to dispute some shirts i ordered off an IG commercial selling 6 shirts for 40 dollars, havent received a response or update since......these people have something coming to them one day

Purchased shirts and never received anything. Hoaxes or whatever… through Facebook… SCHELP.VIP is also a scam… opened dispute several times. It’s marked as Processing… lol suuuure it is. For months, money is now gone.
I can’t believe Facebook promotes these scammers… Facebook should be held somewhat responsible/accountable for this as well… disgusting. I’m out $75

I have never received an email or track # or anything they never shipped my order.
