Had front door, 3 windows and roof installed from Csj can’t fault the process from start to finish everything was well organised and explained. From the sales team to the two boys that installed. Delighted with the results and craftsmanship of the work done.

Knock on the door - can we interest you in windows - yes all of them plus Facia and Soffits. OK we will come tomorrow and discuss with you and wife ……what can I not make a decision?

Checked and they are being wound up per companies house so guarantees would be worthless.

Called today and got the same sales pitch self and wife.

Can they not actually record what is said?

So no way are they getting in to measure anything.

Got a visit from "CENTRAL SCOTLAND JOINERY" door to door sales people again. They said they were doing one of my neighbours windows... They didn't (I checked). You should be aware CENTRAL SCOTLAND JOINERY LTD. (SC244032) is in liquidation so you are actually dealing with AFFORDABLE WINDOWS SCOTLAND LIMITED (SC357801) Trading as CSJ (from the website smallprint).

James Haston the director of these companies has had many companies.

As an older generation gentleman and one who rarely completes reviews, I must praise the young men who installed my windows, they are an huge asset to your company and there professionalism was very clear to see.

I have replaced 4 houses now with double glazing , Csj are by far the best company I have used , from the young lad at the door to the salesman to the fitting team . Clean and tidy and communication was fantastic . Would happily recommend.

I have just had John and George install my new windows.
All went as explained by Gavin , guys turned up and explained what they were going to do on day 1 of installation.
They then proceeded to put dust sheets down from door and upstairs to rooms.
They fitted 5 upstairs windows on day one without any hitches.
Found big difference in noise reduction and heat retention right away.
Day 2 went exactly the same as day 1.
Must say would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows.
Very clean and tidy Hoovering up as they went from room to room.
John the installation manager came on second day to do inspection.
Must say total service thanks to all involved and look forward to my new composite doors being installed in 4 weeks.

We just had 6 new windows installed. Steve and Jock worked non stop over 2 days. Really nice guys. They did an excellent job and we’re very happy with the quality and service. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them back.

It’s difficult when trying to decide which company to go for. We really shopped around for a company who could install quickly with a decent price and had good aftercare service. We are very happy we chose CSJ , George & John the fitting team were excellent tradesmen. Thanks to John the installation manager for his site quality visits too. We love our new windows & doors. After having multiple companies in my house for hours who hard sold on the night.i found csj very refreshing and straight to the point .Also great that they allowed me to do windows in stages instead of doing them all .I will be using them again as windows made massive difference to what I had.great job

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial salesman was brilliant in explaining and showing the quality of the products and was very helpful with finding the right deal for us. Very easy process and joiners were efficient, hard working and had everything done within two days. Plasterer came the following day and finished off the small patches and it is now completed and looking amazing. Had manager John out on site all 3 days which was fantastic service. Will definitely book to get my back door replaced in the future.

Had 4 windows replaced by Bryan & Liam, arrived when advised. Once Bryan confirmed what would be done that day he started and didn’t stop till the job was completed. Window operation explained fully and clearly. Cleaning done quietly and efficiently so thanks guys. Highly recommend CSJ

Brilliant workmanship from the joiners completed the job in perfect time and cleaned up everything around the house mess wise had dust sheets all laid down before even taking the original windows out the house, very pleased with completed job and would recommend to anyone friends and family too

Excellent guidance and technical support at sale, followed by very fast and efficient delivery and installation. The new windows and front door are of fantastic quality and superb finish. The installation team were so fast and skilled. The joinery works inside with new window sills are first class. The final finishing of the render externally was extremely good with a perfect colour match to the existing. We are very very pleased. Thank you so much.

Had CSJ replace our old windows, 11 in total and even though we have been through a pandemic the workmanship and quality of the windows were second to none. Highly Recommend
