The first key I got from them was not able to be activated contacted customer support they got back to me pretty quickly. There was a little bit of back and forth they ended up sending me a different key and it worked.
If you do NOT follow their instructions, the purchased key will not work. That is NOT CSPCart's fault. It is YOURS.
If you download via the link they provide, the installation will go fine, the key WILL work fine, your Office version will activate, and your version will be authentic.
Also, you might need to uninstall other Office installations first - sometimes there are multiple products pre-installed on a pc.
Do not use this company for anything. Just like the previous review, they kept sending bad product keys and have no customer service! Just another scam!
They keep sending me fake keys and are refusing to give me my money back because they say the key is unreturnable. It never worked in the first place. So, they steal your money is all this is. All they do is find keys that are from old decommissioned and resell those codes to be used again that were never there's in the first place.
