Amazing quality watches at an amazing price one of the best affordable watches I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend the expedition 40 it’s a beautiful, robust tool watch that can’t be beaten in price.

Dealing with Ben was an absolute pleasure. He was patient with my barrage of ridiculous design questions and over thinking. We eventually landed on a design that he built and I’ve been wearing non stop ever since it arrived. Build quality and time keeping exceptional. Fantastic value for money when compared to Seiko’s current range.

Exceeded my expectations, I've been following Ben's journey in the watch world since the beginning and was blown away by the quality, attention to detail and packaging of the custom-made watch when I decided to purchase one of my own. I decided to buy one of Ben's branded watches and was amazed by every aspect of the watch. A masterpiece of modern watches, carefully packaged with an unexpected branded case to compliment the watch and excellent customer service and communicaton throughout, not to mention a 2 year warranty for peace of mind. Can't recommend highly enough to other people who are thinking of buying of his watches. Would buy again in the future.

Words can't express just how pleased I am with the watch Ben put together for me. It's a Seiko Captain Willard with a GMT complication. The quality of the parts and build are outstanding. And my bezel lines up correctly. That's usually a hit or miss with Seiko. I'd put my Willard up against Seiko's new Willard reissue any day. And the cost of my watch was extremely reasonable. I expected it to cost hundreds of dollars more for the build. Thanks again Ben.

I have had two watches from Ben at CS Watches now. I first messaged on Instagram at 8pm on a weekend, expecting no reply from an instagram account with nearly 100k followers.

Ben was prompt at responding and we spoke at length about various different designs and possibilities and I ended up placing an order for a custom Seiko. What turned up was exactly what I was after and albeit biased, simply stunning! Ben’s attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none and what’s best is that I felt truly valued as a customer and Ben has shown a genuine interest in the product he has created for me.

After this, I purchased one of Ben’s own branded, Atelier line up, specifically the Expedition which again blew me away.

Delivery was quick, well packaged and came with a nice branded case with a couple of tools to adjust the bracelet size.

I genuinely cannot complain and you get what you pay for without shadow of a doubt. I can’t recommend Ben at CS Watches enough and I’m certain I’ll be back for another!

The product was very cool!
I have thin arms, so I would be more happy if there was an ABYSS DIVER case size of about 39mm.
Also, Japan was a little expensive because the yen was depreciate. If the yen was high, I could have bought it cheaply.
But the response of the staff was very polite and good. This shop is a reliable shop. I would like to open a store in Japan as well.
