I have been employed with CT11 Construction for several months now, and I have many positive feelings about my experience so far. I am glad to have been treated with dignity and respect, and not seen as just an expendable number, like how other construction companies treat young people entering the trade. At all times I have felt that my health and safety is always of paramount importance to my employer, and I have been trained with patience whilst I learn many different skills across a wide variety of topics, such as groundworks, plumbing, plastering and many others. As an employee, I am pleased that my employer values my wellbeing over profits, and as such that motivates me to come to work every single day.

I live overseas & rent my UK property and the difficulties with my managing agent and the contractors they use has been endless. One job with CT11 has been just amazing. From start to finish my experience is far better than it has ever been with the agent.

The water cylinder had a leak and needed replacing and I found CT11 on a quote comparison site. From the start Darril was the most responsive and helpful in identifying what I needed, how long it would take and issuing a quote for the works and also reassuring me with my situation being an overseas landlord. He made everything easy for me so it was a no brainer to choose CT11. Darril coordinated access with my tenant directly whilst always keeping me informed and on the day of the installation he let me know throughout the day what was happening and when it was complete. He ensured everything was working properly and cleaned up and disposed of the old cylinder before he left the property.

We are so happy and impressed with his service that we're now asking him to quote for lots of other works that need to be carried out at the property which will range from replacing silicone in the windows, installing extractor hood, flooring work and more. I will definitely be calling him first for any other requirements.

Developed a problem with my shower drain/waste pump. It stopped removing water. Very prompt service, came out the following day! Very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided advice.

Prompt response to my enquiry. Visit, quotation and repair all completed quickly. Very polite and courteous, highly recommended.

On time and professional service. Job done over expectations. Will use again

A great job.
They came in at short notice just after new year. A days work, but they kindly did some extras, like a bit of repointing pro bono.
That was nice, as we are all a bit skint atm!!
His price was really reasonable too.

I had leaking roof and dripping kitchen tap problem. Great work was done on the roof and a new kitchen tap was installed.
He was very professional and I will recommend him for roofing and plumbing works.
